The main door in my room was making a terrible noise, the door handle was hard to open. this was frustrating for me. the staff receptionist was far and no phones on the rooms to contact, I needed to use my airtime to ask for help. the bath soap.

the person who was on duty including the lady on the receptionist, they came very fast to help on the TV, unfortunately its was beyond their control, the DSTV was not switching on. I ended up using Netflix instead .........................................................................

Warm and informative welcome from staff! The room was very clean and comfortable, with parking arranged just outside. Lovely veranda area to eat dinner while looking onto swimming pool. Close to all amenities.

The problem was that some other guests ( probably 2 couples) decided to use the outdoor space next to the swimming pool to have a good time together with lots of drinks, noise, shouts, music ( including stampeding in the corridor) until 2:00 a.m : we made them understand that they were not alone in the guest house. I should add that we were supposed to have a room at n. 116 in the main guest house but we were asked to stay n. 115. I mentionned this to the staff in the morning.

The staff was nice. The place was pleasant with a nice terrace, very clean kitchen ( even if we did not use it). The room was comfortable.

The place was great. Great value for money. Able to walk to Florida road for dinner. Overall lovely stay, super friendly staff, comfortable, clean! The parking is a bit sticky if you have a big car though lol. Thank you so much Madeline’s B&B we enjoyed our stay💯🙏😎🌈

I liked that we had a fridge and. A microwave in the room so we could buy and prepare food for ourselves. Staff were very friendly, facilities were good and value for money.

Requested extra towels for pool swim, which didn't materialise. Also, no extra toilet paper in the rooms.

Location was good for my needs, would not recommend for holiday.

On our Second day, the was a problem with the electricity that took almost half a day that affected us because all my clothes needed to be ironed and we ended up being late for our Appointment. Other than that everything was Excellent❤️

The Staff was very welcoming, Very Nice and the room was clean and freshing.

Only 2 towels per room when there were 3 occupants. We asked for another towel but never got it. It says its a bed and breakfast but there is no breakfast available.

Great location and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We arrived very late but the team were ready to assist us and get us checked in.

We chose a family apartment in the non-smoking area. However, the family in unit in the same building were smoking. The smell traveled through into our unit.

The BNB was nice and clean and we was welcomed by the ever so friendly Mpume.. We had everything that we needed.

They are a few smalls things that can be added to the room to make it more comfortable. Driving water, plates and utensils, towel rail etc.

Our ensuite bathroom was nothing more than a closet with a non solid door and no window or extraction. Fortunately there were very few other guests as there was no sound proofing in the vicinity of the room. The place needs investment.

The location was quiet and safe, whilst still being within close walk to plenty of eating options. The house and grounds well immaculately kept and the staff were lovely. Our room was spacious and bright.

Operating hours for the pool were too short…7pm cut off is too early especially during the festive season. Can you consider turning some of your rooms into self catering??😊

There was no breakfast but its a B&B I felt it was not fair having to pay 150 pp for breakfast at a B&B, the booking should include everything at once

The reception was very excellent, the room was clean and the WI-FI was super fast
