Really appreciated the extra mile the tasting room manager went for my team and I. I cant recall if its Dyllan or Darren, nonetheless, he just started there 1 month ago and really made every effort to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay for us. Would definitely stay there again!

The load shedding is a problem as was water availability! Had to have a bucket of water at the ready to flush at certain times, but this is life in South Africa. Place is about twenty minutes from Stellenbosch town but you can arrange transport to and from rather easily though more expensive than Uber. Hope they get their restaurant up and running soon!

The setting is gorgeous! I wanted to stay at a winery in Stellenbosch and Marianne delivered with gorgeous views from the breakfast/wine tasting area. Our room was comfy and clean though not ready when we arrived even though I'd been told early check-in wouldn't be a problem. Staff were friendly and kind.

There is no evening meal available, we were informed of the on site restaurant being closed in the evenings a few days before our stay. Not sure if this is a permanent change, but worth checking before your stay, as other locations get fully booked and are a drive away.

Our room ( the honeymoon hut )is in the middle of the vineyard, and provided a secluded and peaceful location. Its a couple of hundred metres from the shared pool, and a further few hundred metres to walk to the main building for breakfast / wine tasting. But if you're lazy it's a 2 minute drive ! All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, and the wine tasting was good fun and v reasonably priced. Breakfast was ample, with a good choice of options.

The service in the tasting room was not very accommodating, you always needed to approach them if you want anything. apart from that our stay was great!

Cathy was a perfect host and made sure we had everything we needed. We spontaneously booked a private wine tour with her husband which was great. the rooms are beautiful and very clean.

Fantastic wine tasting. Superb wines. We bought some bottles. Very nice room and good breakfast with a view over the estate. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to a fire beginning of January.

We started with a wonderfull winestasting with a cheese and meet platter. Ther is a beautiful calm surrounding with nice views over the vineyards! We had a specious room with extra room for the kids. A big shared living room and garden with sunset! And also a big kitchen. We have booked a very relaxing massage from Joy. Marianne has lovely staff and a nice driver! Kevin brings us everywhere and was very helpfull. We loved to come back!

From the time we drove to the estate, enjoying the vineyards to the first contact with the staff, following by an amazing wine tasting( their wine range is just amazing ) to end up in our remote (in the middle of the vineyards) little but cozy Hut ; it was absolutely amazing ; if we had known this before, we would have booked more nights.

Communication was not great

Beautiful location and the accommodation and pool were lovely. The restaurant is a little walk down the hill and did not have the greatest menu or ambience but I think it has only recently reopened.

The funny smell of the toilet. The restaurant was close on the day, which was a bit disappointing.

The views are beautiful. The breakfast was lovely. The lady at reception was extremely friendly and welcoming and made the stay extra special. The family room was big, and I loved the shower. The wine is really good.
