Nothing major. Having coffee pods for the nespresso machine, tea, milk and/or water would have been a nice touch.

The pictures are a fair representation of what you will get and the host is excellent. Great communicator and always available. The unit also has ample crockery.

the noises from the windows, it sounded like there was someone inside and showers had a slow drain so water would build up, otherwise really good

besides the floor issue - the rest of the apartment was lovely.

the floor in the main bedroom downstairs was very damaged and lifting - quite unsightly actually and not what you would expect for for the price you are paying. although they are aware of it, it’s still unpleasant to arrive at a property that’s in a less than pristine condition when you are paying premium prices.

I absolutely love the staff, but the owner hasn’t empowered them to make the accommodation wonderful. lack of basic things like dishwashing liquid, enough coffee, sugar, little bathing liquid, broken dishwasher, no mop, etc.

No porter upon check out No water bottles etc in room Cleaners were still busy when we got there Towels didn't seem clean and looked like the ones the previous guests left on the room floor The bedding in every room had hair on them The floor was swept not steamed or properly cleaned Alot of dishes all the cupboards smell of food and wet The dryer had someone's clothes in it The weird pictures everywhere The lift and place is full of party goers and questionable types

The reception area is not welcoming the ladies are rude and not welcoming

It’s classy clean comfortable,it’s in the city but when you are inside you feel like home without any noise .Tje security is friendly and allows to ask and they assist without hassles

These cockroches in the apartment, cleaning service was not communicated that its not included on the package which is not right, got the info when i got to the apartment,i was very unhappy.

The bed stains - some of my friends couldn't sleep inside the covers. 20 minutes before check out time the staff came and started to clean while we were there. We didn't even get to fully check whether we had taken everything because it felt like we were being chased out. The furniture, specifically the white chairs around the table are worn out. The place is smaller than it looks on pictures

I waited two hours for the keys. And then n Check out day they was on time to check me out. I found that very strange. I should have been accommodated for the 2 hours I lost during check in

The apartment was dirty....under the beds and sofas...and on the spare toilet there were used sanitary towel.....

There’s no breakfast on Sunday and food is served 12pm an hour late after checkout which isn’t cool when you want to leave early but the restaurant food is very good.
