We didn’t have water for 2days and the other bathroom toilet was blocked couldn’t flush it called the guy the service was just bad I wasn’t happy at all😭😢

The Couch in the living room is worn out, not comfortable AT ALL,..yet it matches the kitchen and bedroom deco, but needs to be added a strong sponge inside to be comfortable when you sit so you don't sit in a hole as it currently is.

The location is nearby everything we wanted to do...Gold reef city. Wild water park, emparors palace and more. The technology system they have to enter the premises and rooms is amazing 👏 , fully secured.

The cleaning ladies were still in the property when we arrived and had not finished making the beds. That took us aback a bit considering it was already 14h30 in the afternoon. They need a new bin. the one there was broken and beat up.

The restaurant on the premises was refreshing as we did not have to get takeaways.

The towels was very hard and had stains. Handwash and hand lotion was empty. There was less toilet paper for the duration of the stay. Housekeeping left the glassware and cutlery in the dishwasher without finishing up the wash. Kitchen glassware were not very clean and sticky. There was only one key card. Guests not staying at the apartment and visiting the restaurant should have their own entry points as the lifts were too busy at nights. The toilets should have a bin. There was only one bin in the kitchen.

The bedrooms were both very spacious with ensuites. Check in process was simple and the host was accommodating with my special requests. The host was available to assist whenever needed and very quick. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I never got to meet Innocent but he was extremely efficient and helpful. The restaurant was also very nice and their staff were very helpful especially Michelle.

The inverter makes a loud noise when turning on and off. So the first few nights I woke up every time, but eventually got use to it.

The security was really good at the flat. The fact that they have inverter and batteries installed is a big plus. No Loadshedding, unless the hours are to long. They do only carry the tv and the lights but it was perfect.

my apartment got changed last minute . I had to request towels,they arrived late,,and the towels where not even enough for 4 people ,,we asked for extra and we got none only one toilet paper ,we even ran out of toilet paper,they should really put extra towels didn’t look clean enough

couch needs maintenance . when there’s power outages can they try to cater for some lights in the apartment and can the back up generator kick in smoother for the elevators

the apartment was cold . the heaters provided did not produce enough heat for the whole place . apartment needs a back up generator to cater for load shedding inside the rooms please

it’s closer to most mall . the staff was very very friendly. the security was very tight . I loved that very much . the restaurant downstairs catered for load shedding so my friend and I could go downstairs to eat and chill while charging our phones

Kitchen utensils were not enough for everyone. We struggled finding cleaning materials like your mop and kitchen cloth. Didn’t have enough tissue supply.

The place is stunning, meet our expectations, the bedrooms are spacious, the beds are big and comfy. The bathrooms were absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen and the living room was really beautiful. The place was just absolutely stunning, I would absolutely go back for another visit

I would suggest reviewing the cutlery in the apartment as there were only 2 forks. Also, although it's out of your control the power went off a few times.

Cleaning needs improvement. I strongly recommend that carpets from the bedrooms be removed. They are difficult to keep clean and not idea for people with allergies. Otherwise, it's a very good apartment and would definitely consider going back.

The location was great. The apartment is modern and well equipped. Response from the property managers to concerns raised was timely and professional.
