Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We had the most amazing 6 nights here, the staff are all so friendly and made us feel like family. The chef, Bianca, is so lovely and makes the tastiest meals I have ever had! After every game drive we were presented with a hot/cold towel from Trudy depending on the weather which was a lovely touch. We would also come back after the evening drives to a freshly made bed and a chocolate on the pillow! Our game driver/guide, Selby, was the best and taught us so much on the 36 hours in total we spent with him out on the drives! Leanne was also so lovely and took us out to see Jessica the Hippo which is a short drive away. Thank you to all the staff who made our trip so special!!! We will definitely be back ❤️

The property was very good, had great facilities such as a nice pool area and the honesty bar. The staff were amazing and really made us feel like family. We even went out for a meal with them on our final evening. Bianca the chef was amazing, all her meals were so good and diverse. Selby our game driver was the best we could’ve asked for, he was amazing at spotting all the animals and taught us so much, was a genuinely nice guy aswell. We already want to come back and will miss all of the staff. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to do a safari. We had a perfect experience. The hospitality was amazing aswell, they really do all the little details that made our trip so good.

Leonie was a brilliant host/driver/tracker/everything! Looked after us very well, and great to see most of the big 5 on the game drives. Staff were delightful, and the food was great. Walking into the bar and having Elephant at a waterhole just over the fence was amazing.
