Hostess unresponsive. Took a while to get keys to reception and then to myself. Waited more than en hour for this proces to complete like the room was not ready at 16:30 the afternoon. Then had to hang up on the hostesss with reception to get her to take calls and respond.

For the money paid it would be nice to have sachets of coffee, etc (hostess set). There were a few tea bags and 2 "triangles" of milk, barely enough to cover bottom of cup all just loose in a bowl. Bed is a double size. Only items in bathroom is soap and toilet spray. No shower caps or anything extra.

Excellent location to arena at casino for shows and lots of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Safe & clean. Parking for car is right at lifts so very convenient. Very friendly reception (just ask them how lift works and door to room!)

The check in process is terrible, I had to check in at 11pm because I couldn't check in on the time I had selected, the host did not pick up my calls to assist reception with way forward.

The door is manual and difficult to open; the security was kind to accompany us every time we left and required access to the apartment so he could help with opening same. This was a real inconvenience. The Wi-Fi was poor. Also, as friendly as the staff is, they actually cannot help much as the apartment is privately owned so you rely on your host’s responsiveness.

Smart key fit for entry was broken. Microwave was taken in for repairs with no replacement. Had to wait for the room to be cleaned prior checking in, well after the designated check in time.

The reception lady was to occupied with the phone then in serving the clients at the desk. Had to wait for more than 10 min, she handed everting to a second person to make copies as she was on the phone, very unprofessional. the parking bay allocated to me was more than 40 meters form the lift.

On arrival its a bit difficult to find parking when checking in, theres no sign showing you where to turn in for parking when you need to check in There was a wet floor towel on the floor near the shower before we could shower We were two guest but only one towel was available to use

The apartment in general just needs a few things sorted out. 1. Floors needs a proper clean 2. The cooker hood needs the sugar cleaned off that was spilt on it and has gone into the vents, 3. The door lock is very difficult to operate, the key cannot be removed at full locked position.

It felt like the host doesn't care much about the comfort of the Guests. I had hoped that the door barrel issue would be solved by now given that the first comment about this was in January 2023 but still the issue. I waited for 15 min before checking in as the host was assessing the place. However, the place was not as clean as I would have hoped. I had to request dishwashing liquid and sponges and extra towels but only got a replacement of the towels instead of extra. The apartment is amazing but requires a little bit of investment from the host, no side lamps, and the bathroom is empty and leaking when one is in the shower (3 nights booking but only 1 T-roll (it's best to state upfront that guests should check in with soaps, gels and T-rolls), the balcony was dirty and the pillows have reached their lifespan).

reception staff made it extremely difficult to check in. room needs a bit of maintenance, shower shelf broken, inside door lock broken. no complimentary coffee/tea tea so remember to take your own.
