Too many cockroaches and the bed needs to be changed it is hard and making noise.

Great host, good communication and very responsive to queries. Very close to Menlyn Park shopping mall and relatively safe to get around.

I think the lifespan of one of the beds has lapsed.. Or Maybe it's my weight 🤔 😅 Kindly take notice of wifi,a bit problematic

The location is a bit tricky to find. GPS took me to a certain point. I had to go round and round to find the place. It would be best if more details about the exact location are given. Otherwise the place is really good and safe.

No coffee was available also no milk or powder milk or a bottle of water in the fridge.

Nice and comfy beds and livingroom space is practical with a nice balcony for fresh air.

Bath leaked and taps and shower could do with a change for new. Shower door could do with new.

Better presented entrance, closer to security, nice decor and clean. In constant coms with owner vis whatsapp.

The smart TV wasn't working, we had to buy extra data for our phones so we can be able to Hotspot the smart TV

Upon arrival we were told that the apartment doesn't have electricity and we were supposed to be moved to another apartment with one bathroom. We had to request a refund, and this was really frustrating as we had to get another place to stay, and it was late. This is so unprofessional cause the owner knew about the electricity but didn't inform un in time so that we can prepare ourselves for changes. Personally, I will never recommend anyone to book this place.

I didn't appreciate the fact that the place was full of cockroaches; it was very disturbing. The least that could be done is to have the area fumigated.

I liked the location of the area. The appearance seemed good enough to be deceiving.

The kitchen didn't have proper and enough utensils.The pots were old & dirty.Even after asking for an extra pan,we got a dirty one and a chipped old caserole dish.The dishwasher was a weird brand which didn't even last in the sink when washing dishes.The dishcloth we got before requesting a new one looked like it was a "skroplap".We had to ask for an insecticide as we found a lot of cockroaches in all the rooms.We were in harm's way when the bedroom art decor fell on us (me & my husband) while we were fast asleep.One of the chair's screws got loose as I sat on it,almost fell.My husband had to fasten all of them. The network was really poor.One of the toilets had a leakage. The main bedroom's basin taps waste working properly. Towels were old and they waited for us to request fresh ones for them to change them.The 2nd bedroom's linen had stains and smelt of urine. They had no safe for us to put our valuables in.The braai area was only available for residents and not for guests,unless I'd we "ask nicely" at the security if we can use the facility.We ended up braaing elsewhere.They clean every 4th day,instead of waiting for guests to ask them to come clean,they should change it to atleast every 2nd day.

The location was perfect as it was closer to a number of interesting places.They had a nice,clean swimming pool.

It was dirty,smells horrible, and hyginicly unacceptable. Bugs everywhere. Holes in walls filled and not repainted. Advertising is misleading. I had to get alternative accomdation. And we want our money back. I will never use booking.com again.
