Towels not up to standard, small and no hand towels. Shower door could not open. Cleanliness of kitchen was not up to standard. Cutlery and glasses was not up to standard.

The staff at reception in “the pits”, VERY TERRIBLE, rude as hell and seems like they really don’t want to be there. We got there at 5PM and we still had to wait for the room to be ready, which is weird considering you can get there at 2PM🧐 Some basic things were not there, iron, dish cloth, no paper towel and the both TV not working properly, was forced to watch some YouTube videos we didn’t search for.

The location of the property is great, the host is accessible.

The place was very dirty, needed maintenance, and was not well equipped (2 forks for 3 adults, no dish towels). We struggled with the door key and could not lock the place from the outside, so one person had to stay behind every time we had to leave the apartment.

The apartment was close to where we needed to be. It has enough space with wifi and Netflix.

1. There was no air conditioning. In this weather, this is totally a no-no 2. When we checked in, there was a guest complaining about lack of air-conditioning, we asked if it was the case with our rooms, and the receptionist confirmed that all was in order. 3. The host chose not to be responsive on the day we were to check out. We were looking to iron our clothes . However, the iron was delivered with no communication.

Not the host’s fault but when power goes off, you got to use the stairs. My lady hated the place because that, plus she was wearing heels, terrible idea.

We booked this apartment because we stayed there before and enjoyed it. However the day before I messaged the host to ask about parking and only then way told that the apartment was double booked and that we were being put into two single apartments instead, which were apparently of the same value as this one. The apartment we were put in was satisfactory but nowhere near the same as the other one. There were stains on the carpet and some areas were not too clean. There was not a drop of any cleaning liquids in the apartment so if we wanted to do any dishes we couldn't. The bathroom had no soap and no hand towels. Check in was abominable and took over half an hour.

We could not get housekeeping organised as the telephone number provided did not work. That was a bit disappointing and also the apartment was missing a few small things like tea towels, bath plug and the clothes dryer did not work. We did get hold of the host on Booking.com messaging but they did not get back to us in until the last day which meant that we had to go without the missing items for our stay. Also no hair-dryer which would be handy for international guests.

Large apartment with 2 seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is great with shops and restaurants walking distance. 2 parking spots provided in underground car park. Enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine and pods in the room organised by our host on request. Many thanks
