The rooms are very aged and need an upgrade. The cupboards and kitchen need updating. The carpet was terribly dirty (from age). The couch was very old and uncomfortable to sit on.

The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable and the linen clean. The check-in/out process was simple and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast provided.

My flight got delayed so I asked for an extended check out, there was no one that needed the room, and yet they charged me for another day. I've had this happen to me on other hotels and when nobody needs the room, they let you stay a few extra hours for free. Even when the room is needed they may upgrade you to a new room, and you just pay the difference. That was a huge inconvenience for me, I'm a regular at the hotel, I believe I deserved a better treatment than that.

Location was good, staff were very knowledgeable, the facilities were okay for the price. It's a quiet place, very cosy and comfortable.

The kitchen sink was always clogging up, the fridge didn't cool well, to clean the house we had to ask for it every time we returned from the street and it wasn't the best. few dishes for the number of guests. without washing machine

The kitchen didn´t have cooking utensils in case one needed to cook, as well as plates.

Like the fact that the accommodation we reserved had 2 separate rooms. It was nice to see that the living room had sofa and working desk. Good that there was kitchen as well, like in a home. Also it is nice that the hotel is located near the shopping mall. There was microwave.

The rooms do not have international socket adaptors for charging laptops and phones for visitors from outside South Africa. I had to go across to the Eastgate Mall to buy one for myself before I could charge my phone and laptop.

The aircons were very disruptive and loud. It literally sounded like an industrial machine was in the room. Although the aircon was on and the temperature was set to cool, it kept reverting back to a higher temperature. Unfortunately, it was absolutely hot and the aircon made it worse. Felt like I was in a furnace.

In the images when i made my booking. There was a washing machine in the kitchen. On my arrival, I saw that they were no washing machine in the apartments. I was disappointed.
