There was an issue with the water pump which keeps tripping. Although it was new, please check it can work properly.

We booked here with friends while attending a funeral in the neighbourhood. The facilities are well kept, neat and clean. The staff was also very friendly and useful. Thank you!

I booked on Friday and checked out on Sunday, since then they didn't clean the room and the plates I used to eat on friday when we ordered food were still there and dirty. The showers was not working the water flooded which made the mat to be wet and they didn't change even the bedding. I reported the shower wasnt working at least they fix the shower.The place was nice

Some staff members are not friendly Borehole water is not for drinking as per the sign. However, we require a 5L of still water for the entire stay. Improve water pressure for showers Also, arrange wifi connections and poor signal connection for all network providers due to the location.

Unreliable wifi connection and mobile network. Slow service at the restaurant. Water not in the room not safe for drinking, the property only supply you with one small bottled water even when staying longer. Paid for 2 person occupancy even when I was alone - not refunded as promised. Was pestered for payment 3 weeks before arrival, even through my booking confirmed I could pay on arrival. Some power sockets were unsafely exposed.

Secured location. Could jog in the property. The property has a generator during load shedding. Restaurant and bar on property. Rooms are relatively clean. Rooms are a decent size. Great finishes. Ample parking on the property.

Wi-Fi didn't work well in our room. No patio chairs and table. Would have liked to have a small bar fridge in our room. Pool could have been cleaner - lots of debris and cloudy.

Generator on site, so didn't notice any load shedding. Excellent staff - security guard, reception, housekeeping, restaurant! Great air conditioner in our room. Very comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. Safe, secure stay in a fenced and guarded location. Restaurant with delicious food choices on site. Good Wi-Fi at reception and restaurant. Pool to cool off on hot days.

The bathroom was not too clean. The basin was dirty and full of dust. When I went for breakfast, I ate and finish without receiving my coffee. They were just very slow for some strange reasons.

I liked that they made a plan that I get my keys as I arrived late. Even though I waited a while by the gate for the security to open for me

The water issue when we wanted to bath in the morning. The water was not coming out. There was old trash in the trash can in the room that has gone stail from being there for quite some time. There was also no water for morning coffee as they use bowhole water and it's not drinkable

The staff are friendly U had to leave the hotel room at 06:00 , woke up at 04:00 only to find that there is no water waited until 06:00 still no water , the telephone is not working was trying to call care taker I had to wake up and go ti securities who discovered that tanks have no water 🥹🥹 the security lady brought me 2 litre cold water to bath no ndishi nothing

The service from the kitchen at breakfast time was extra slow, we waited for almost an hour before we got our order of 2 omelets and 1 order of scrambled eggs and bacon. We were really disappointed.

I booked a twin room but got a double room instead! The manager was unwilling to help sort of the issue! It was so frustrating and disappointing
