Shower curtains! Taking a shower in the bath was quite messy, and there's no hooks or railings to hang up wet towels. Also nowhere to put the soap bar at the sink at the toilet.

Lovely stay! Was very nice that wood was provided, as sitting at a fire at night was part of what made my experience so memorable. The warm water bags provided on the bed were also very thoughtful, as it can get cold in the tents. The unit was neat and clean, and all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Tented room was comfortable, however, bathroom could be updated...ie showers. Outside shower also not really cleaned before our arrival. other minor problems were resolved quickly...

The approach road, about 5 kms long is pitch dark at night. We were delayed due to change of plans and it was dark by the time we checked in. Those 5 kms, we sat with bated breath, had no idea whasoever of what was on either side of us - forest/sea/hills/wild animals/slums... there was absolutely zero light other than the car's headlights. Very scary experience, they could use some lighting along the way although there are enough signs for direction. On the plus side, it was so dark that the stars looked so big and close like we haven't seen since childhood. My son was in awe.

Beautiful well maintained property, lush green with views of sea right from your bed. It was cold and the staff was kind to give us heated water bags and extra heater for the room. There was a charming and cozy little fireplace next to the restaurant where we spent some time after dinner playing board games over wine. Breakfast wasn't a buffet so options were limited but whatever we had was very tasty (esp. tree hugger and their granola), ingredients in all foods were top notch and fresh. Unlike buffets, the breakfast and served fresh and hot. Only hotel during our trip where I found almond milk :)

No dislikes. I would just advise the owners to ensure the spa is fully kitted before treatments commence . The treatment room is not large enough for a couples massage. And the choice of building location won’t be tranquil at all situated at the entrance /exit when you have quad tours .. but once again the staff were friendly and happy to receive the feedback.

This was the most expensive accommodation on our trip. Whilst it’s a great location the chalets , bathroom etc are adequate they are rather dated. We enjoyed our stay but the accommodation did not reflect the price.

It’s in a beautiful location overlooking the sea with virtually no other properties in sight.

The room facilities could do with some upgrade. The property’s remoteness gives it it’s beauty but with access only possible on a road/ track which is pretty rough in places for a standard saloon car.

-The room's chandelier could benefit from a clean to prevent spiders from coming out. - Breakfast offering at the property was quite unsatisfactory

- Unique and unparalleled accommodation experience -The tented cabin, in particular, was exceptionally comfortable and spacious, complete with amenities such as an electric blanket to enhance the sleeping experience. -Despite arriving late at the property, the staff kindly waited for me until midnight. It’s not a big issue, but we found that there were a couple of items on the menu that weren’t available when we ordered it, but the staff made an effort and tried to substitute where possible.

We loved our stay here and the location is beautiful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
