We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe bed in our room is on an upper level. This was very clearly stated in the booking, so to be clear this was expected... that said, I found the steps very steep and I found the safety rail was not sufficient. When we book here again, we will opt for a room that is on the ground level. If you have any difficulty with eye sight or mobility, the angle and all makes it a bit difficult to see the individual steps. Again, this is NOT a complaint, it was clearly stated in the booking process, and at the time of booking I did not consider it an issue as stairs are not a problem for me in general, more of a note for anyone who is 'fine' with stairs to consider.
I loved the breakfast, and dinner was exceptional as well. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and well appointed. The area in general is beautiful, and I enjoyed walking around the well maintained gardens. The bathroom is huge, and the private little sitting area with fireplace was amazing.

The staff were amazing. Kind, helpful, efficient and professional. The gardens are glorious. The bedrooms spacious and superbly decorated. The restaurant is bright and light with super views to the garden.

South AfricaWe stayed there 10 nights, and not once did the owner, who stays on the property welcome us, or speak to us. We know they were present because on one occassion we saw them between reception and restuarant. There was mediocre 'front of house' hospitality from a very willing and pleasant staff, but some serious training needed in the following areas. a) Nearby facilities. b)Wine farms in the area c). Olive farms in the area. d) Customer relations ettiquette in the dining room.
The staff do try very hard to please. The unit was comfortable and quiet. The Guest House is central in the area and easy to get to. Chef went out of her way to acccomodate our palates.

We had an overnight stay in this beautiful accommodation during our tour along the Route 62. we would definitely recommend this accommodation. It is in a good and peaceful neighborhood just 5 min drive from Robertson. We got a room upgrade and had a spacious, stylish room in front of the pool. The garden is breathtaking and we loved the tranquility. The dinner and breakfast were really good. Also the staff was nice and courteous.

The breakfast was included in the price of our stay and was exceptional. Loved that it wasn't a buffet and the coffees were bang on. Rooms were very comfortable and it was clear that the guest experience had been properly considered and planned.

This was a gem of a place. The gardens are truly beautiful and our room was spacious, light and comfortable with a great shower. We booked dinner in the restaurant for both nights of our stay and the food was exceptional. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The area around the pool was great for relaxing and reading. The staff were very helpful and booked us a boat trip which was fun.
