My room had only a bathtub with a short spray hose to shower yourself while sitting in the tub, if you weren't taking an actual bath. I'm not sure if the other units have the same setup. The pool area looked lovely but it seemed that it was undergoing cleaning while I was there so I did not use.

Clean, quiet and comfortable location. Very serene just as the name implies. Nicely located with nearby access to everything. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, doing their best to make sure you're comfortable. Richard was helpful above and beyond with everything that I needed including very early morning departure. The housekeeping was great and kept the room clean.

I didn't like the open plan toilet. Breakfast was also really basic.

I think they need to work on the interior decoration of the rooms. Add mirrors in the bedroom like over dressing table or closet doors. Also, to add dstv as not all the guests might have Netflix subscription.

I loved the location of the guesthouse , its far from the noisy crowd yet close to the amneties or necessary facilities. The garden at the guest house is breath taking very well maintained. Also Richard was very helpful, an outstanding host.

What a lovely piece of heaven! Absolutely loved this place. The lush garden was cherry on top. Abram was so helpful & welcoming. Oh, Tumi is such an angel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The rooms were super clean. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to unwind!

Overall the facility was outstanding however i found that coming in and out of the facility during our stay was quite a tedious task since we did not have our own remote control for the gate.

I would have appreciated to be offered options for breakfast but other than that the food was delicious and served timeously.

There was no body moisturiser... They should try and do housekeeping whilst we are out having breakfast and refill what needs to be refilled.

The room we got had no wall or divider between the bedroom and bathroom / toilet area. It’s an open plan set up. The breakfast was quite terrible. The layout of the breakfast spread is not appealing to the eye. A clean white table cloth is a must on the tables.

If the property can at least serve breakfast to limit going in and out of the property to go buy food and snack, or maybe if they can have a canteen.

The care taker (Abraham) was so good to us and gave us an excellent service and ensuring we were well taken off, the place is also an ideal spot for a quick getaway from home in order to relax your mind with exquisite amenities and finished, spacious rooms

The person who was meant to clean our room took forever.

Signage could be better as this would assist guests who aren’t familiar with Joburg or who haven’t cell comms 24/7. Suggest low level tv or music for common public areas so that guests feel some ambiance besides garden birdsong.

Superb guest suite with expansive garden views, clean and tidy, comfie bed and luxuriously appointed. Staff are attentive and helpful. Thank you Abraham for your assistance throughout. The location allowed for quick access to freeways for the weary traveller

There was no hairdryer.

Thabang welcomed me outside the property, and was there for me 24/7 if needed. The place is clean, very comfortable and very close to where I needed to be. Thank you Thabang for looking after me!
