You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I liked the area and the establishment provided loadshedding schedule for the duration of our stay. The staff went beyond their duty of call (Tilde) when my daughter's reading class were found in our chalet after our departure. The establishment assisted with courier and I received the parcel in good order.

South AfricaIm not happy about moholoholo Mountain View visit from 25th june to 27 june the boma was good but the toilets not flushing properly and basin taps leaking the kettle very dirty the following day they didn't clean or change our linens on the chalet nber 17 the door lock was not unlocking at the inside my parents have to call me so they can give the key through a window the toilets also not flushing properly even the showers not in good condition
