DC was so professional and welcoming. Food was great and the room was lovely - we especially liked the balcony table and chairs for tea at sunset , a beautiful way to spend some precious familytime .

The network in my room was bad i couldnt recieve nor make call from the room I had to go out of the room to get network

The only thing that I would like to have seen would have been some shelving in the bathroom for toiletries, etc.

Lack of self catering as a dining option The property is huge, it would be humane to invest in a riding lawn mower instead of having someone walking that whole property to mow the lawn!

The staff is very friendly and hospitable. The meals are simple and reasonably priced. Love the location! The rooms are clean and spacious. The property is well maintained. Very relaxing atmosphere overall

The chairs in the room were not that comfortable A cozy Couch to relax inside the room would be great. Would have been nicer if there was a lounger or something more comfortable to sit outside the room. Only powdered milk in the room (Long life milk or even some fresh milk in the room would be better) . Perhaps add 1 or 2 simple meal options to the dinner menu.

Delicious breakfast, beautiful scenery and wonderfully quiet. Washington and Karabo were lovely.

No TV :( In today's times, a TV is a standard in a room. Taking into consideration the Cricket and Rugby World Cups which we missed :( The other missing item was a Bar Fridge in the room. This hotel is situated in an area that is really hot, so this could have been catered for. Mosquitoes: Ensure you take a good repellent with during your stay.

The service was excellent especially from the gentlemen DC and Yusuf. The latter was simply awesome. The room size was decent. The bathroom was larger than usual. Both kept very clean daily. The pool was good & clean. I only found out at the end of my stay, there's a Clubhouse like area with a pool table. We requested Fish for our Dinner and they humbly obliged. Very well prepared. Breakfast was absolutely great too. Good for just chilling, destressing, swimming and peace.

If I say I didn't like anything about Mokoya I'd really be lying.

The relaxation, the staff made us feel welcomed and right at home. The sight and river close by is also soul soothing. The Breakfast and dinner was also on another level and we really enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

I didn't like the tiles throughout the room, it made it even more cold. They do have a heater and heated blankets to make up for that though. No TV, but I mean embrace the nature and all that.

It's a beautiful location as it is surrounded by nature. The breakfast was delicious too!

That we had to leave!

Everything was perfect. Washington was an exceptional employee. Hope he is rewarded for his patience, humour, personality and caring. Food was delicious. Many thanks to the talented chef. Cleaner was top notch. Laundry done was first class. Clothes don't get that sort of treatment at home!!!! The view we had from the rooftop of our room was exquisite. Walking around the property alongside the river was very relaxing.

Gravel road leading to the lodge. But the gravel road is very nicely scraped.

It was very clean and tidy. The rooms had heaters, which was an awesome surprise when we arrived, especially in the winter.
