We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThere was nothing that I did not like - I would just have liked to have an air-conditioner in our room. Since it was our first visit, we didn't know that only certain rooms have them. Our stay was however still very pleasant.
The hotel is beautiful and has an easy going atmosphere. The view from our room was breathtaking. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

South AfricaThe shower was not comfortable. The shower head is very low, so that a person of average height overlooks the shower head. The water is also not constant, and it chops and changes between cold and hot, we suspected that the guests share geysers. A mixer tap might address the issue to some extent. At the rate of the rooms, a good shower and bath would have been welcome.
The hotel is in at an exceptionally beautiful location with stunning views, with a homely, comfortable feel. The lounge and outside areas are very well furnished, to provide privacy, although it is shared areas. Breakfasts are good with friendly staff serving. Good wifi. We had a good massage treatment at the Spa.
