Access was via a long shale road, made trickier by ongoing roadworks.

We are discerning but there is literally nothing not to like….

seclusion, lagoon and mountain view, amazing privacy/peace/habitat/5 * accommodation. Although it’s all inclusive the food is Michelin star quality. Loved all the excursions which are included. Had fabulous spa treatments too.

Very nice and helpful staff at a beatiful location. The food was very good as well. A very nice retreat for you and your partner. There are many activities, such as quad biking, mountainbiking etc. The spa is also very nice.

Leaving to come home!

Absolutely everything! The location, the room, the views, the wonderful staff! We had a most wonderful stay, celebrating my partner's birthday. Tiaan, who took us on an excursion to the beach, was a lovely, knowledgeable guy and we had a fantastic time down there. Dinner was also very good. In the morning Tiaan took us to the Spookhuis from where we did some kayaking. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We LOVED our stay!

We were put up for the first two nights in a room i didnt book. I specifically booked a room with a view, this room had no view! Was also slightly disappointed with how close the rooms were to each other, groups with kids can be heard from adjacent rooms. The dessert offerings on all our evenings could have been improved.

The views, location and staff are all amazing! We also ate like kings! Awesome place if you like bird watching, also got to see a caracal from dining room! Our experience at the spa was also lovely!

After a detour, it took us a while to find the entrance to the Lodge as there was no signage "Mosaic Lodge" at the entrance gate.

The peace and quietness was exactly what we needed. Being a small luxury lodge was a bonus.

The food was not good enough. We couldn’t do any of the activites offered either than a walk in the area… Not worth the money. The massage, it did not feel professional- she did not know what she was doing when she gave me the footmassage.

Lack of trained staff at dinner. wait far too long. such a shame. They admit themselves more training required. Not organised with the activities or the Spa.

We were very disappointed with the food options. We have stayed in countless all-inclusive accommodations before, and the choices/variety of food as well the standard was not in our opinion an "all inclusive" standard for the price one pays. We informed the lodge well in advance that we do not eat pork/ostrich and both evenings and breakfasts, these were served and either no or limited alternatives were provided. This is unacceptable for a place of the standard they advertise. I would have liked to see more manager presence to whom we could give feedback throughout our stay. There is nothing exceptional about this lodge unfortunately. I think they are aiming for a standard which they fail to reach. They would do better to offer the accommodation or B&B alone and allow guests to pay for add-ons as they choose.

Location is stunning! Quad bike ride was fun, the splash pool that is mildly heated (lukewarm) was also lovely on the coolish day. The staff are very friendly and willing to help/assist.
