The duvet is thin and there was no extra blanket. The gas tap was turned off and the instructions did not include opening the tap from the kitchen cupboard. Milk was only enough for one stay. I thought our room would be cleaned over the 2 night stay. The guest house manager was however responsive to our questions even though there were no extra blankets

Absolutely loved the view and location. Not close to the beach but truly a tranquil atmosphere. The view was amazing. Getting in and out was super simple.

A stunning, clean, modern apartment with a view to die for. Manuals to explain how to operate everything made life so easy. Clinton, the manager was also great in keeping in touch via whatsapp and checking that all was in order and that we were having a relaxing time. All and all an amazing place!

No cleaner for 2 days. The adjacent suites windows were left open so the curtains were banging about all night. Spoke to the manager who said it will be sorted the next day only.

3 weeks in SA and this was hands down the best room we had. Waking up to the view on the mountains is just insanely beautiful. The bed is big, room is cleaned regularly, washing machine just outside our room. Big room, kitchen well equipped and a luxury bathroom.

It would have been useful to receive more structured communication each day about the hours without electricity. It was not possible to leave the house during power breaks (problem solved after we raised the issue). Not possible to take shower during power breaks.

There is nothing to dislike really, it was a wonderful experience.

The views of the bay and mountains are spectacular (we stayed in Saigon and Havana) and facilities were great, well equipped with great considerations to homely comforts like multiple plug adapters and even extention cords. There's a good spacious feel in the rooms and the kitchens are very well equipped with even gas BBQ facilities on the large balconies.

Our unit was not a true reflection of the pictures on the website. An oversight on my behalf and was left slightly disappointed. Pool area was not usable on first day, however this was cleaned up very quickly.

The location was very good. However, it does not seem to be a frequently visited area by Uber/Bolt. Long waiting times for taxis. The unit was very clean and met all my expectations. Instructions on how to access the unit were clear and concise. Had a small issue with the cleanliness of the pool area which was rectified very quickly. Can see the owner takes a lot of pride in the unit and is very involved.

The noise from the traffic was unexpected and a bit distracting from the amazing view.

The Manager/Owner was very helpful allowing us to book in earlier, she was very helpful in arranging a iron on a Sunday night when the irons was not available. Thank you for your hospitality. Had a wonderful stay.
