Booked for 3 adults. And we were traveling with a baby. When we arrived there was only 1 bed, which could only fit the 2 adults and baby. I had to sleep on the couch because the mattress they provided was extremely thin and narrow. Not at all for sleeping. The location is a bit hard to get, and the road leading up to the resort is gravel. They did call me the day before arrival to give me a heads-up about the 7 km long gravel. There was nothing I could change to prepare for that at that point. So preferably be driving an SUV, but my private car did make it with careful driving.

The views! It is a beautiful and peaceful resort. Perfect for a complete getaway for that occasionally needed serenity. There is a fire place for which they provide wood, so absolutely perfect for our colder days travel. The wood burns quickly and so the fire didn’t last. This was helpful, along with the hot water bottles which they provided. An electric blanket and slow burning wood(or more wood) would’ve been much better because the houses get extremely cold. However, I would definitely go back.

We found every staff member very friendly and helpful. Our chalet was very comfortable and cosy. We had a lovely walk in the forest in the early morning and the Map from reception of all the trails was very clear and accurate. The tree list and bird list to download are a super idea. All round excellent experience and look forward to going back again.

The weekend was way too short

The friendly made our stay wonderful, I will recommend Mount Sheba for people that want to escape from the world. Our stay was the best that we experienced that we had in a long time. Thanks to all the staff and management

The smell of the mats on arrival in the room was terrible. The breakfast and lunch chef is just not good at all. They may practise by watching food content creators on instagram and YouTube. It’s a little disappointing when someone gives guests dry food (the bacon). When I arrived, I ordered the meat lovers pizza and it was just horrendous, I could not finish it. It was topped beef sausage grilled, cheese griller russian, and the toughest bacon from that earlier breakfast perhaps?it almost hurt my teeth and I had to take it out from my mouth)..no rump on the pizza, no ham..just expired beef sausage was all I could taste). At breakfast the next day we ordered well done eggs scrambled eggs, we instead got the runniest scrambled eggs and again the toughest bacon (they just need to learn to cook soft bacon, on YouTube).. the area also smells of some frying oil (no proper fresh air circulation). They also put cucumber in our chicken burger for lunch the next day, the menu had ‘gherkins’ written. Cucumbers don’t go in burgers, it was not a good substitute. The only food we enjoyed was dinner. Presentation, taste were perfect at dinner. The lunch chef needs to learn how to make food look delicious too.. no color.. also a wet omelette was served to us. please train chef better

The staff were very kind and helpful, the rooms were really clean, the view and aesthetic of the whole place , the food was really good! Warning For about 7-8km the road is not great so go slow and you will even make some good memories on the gravel road

The national road to the venue reflects the governments lack expenditure in maintaining it .Take time and you will reach the venue safely.

Sitting next to the swimming pool overlooking the mountains early in the morning with a hearty English breakfast and hot coffee is just the way any day must start.

A more detailed map of the walks and indication of how difficult or easy they are should be provided as a standard. Possibly advise visitors that TV reception is a bit "sketchy", but WiFi is good and you can stream on your own device.

Staff are friendly and efficient. Some of the facilities show signs of wear and tear but everything works! Fireplace in the room is a great feature. Breakfast was enjoyable and there is something for everybody.

The fire place in the bedroom was a NO for me, we had to wake up and open the windows in the middle of the night cos the smoke was just too much

This is a beautiful location with several walks to waterfalls. Both the evening meals at the hotel and the meals at the poolside cafe/breakfast room were excellent.
