The location and surrounds.marked hiking trails make it easy. the staff are friendly and always willing to help you. the peace and quiet add to the overall tranquility.

The staff were wonderful. The cottage was lovely. Very well appointed and the meals in the restaurant were very nice, felt hearty like home cooking.

Accommodation is comfortable and the sheets are crispy clean, It feels like a little refurb may be necessary soon. I have not experienced more beautiful family hikes. The surrounding areas are abundant in terms of trees and beautiful nature; awesome forests and beautiful tree lanes; giving access to the premises. The dinners were very nice; excellent choices on the set menu; the food was beautifully presented and tasted divinely; the service was excellent and on point. The room was sparkling clean and well equipped. All employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Mount Sheba can be recommended as a peaceful and tranquil haven to restore your soul and to unwind. It is worth the visit!

United Kingdom7 reviews“It is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at, but it was a challenge to get there!”We did not expect such a rough drive to get there .... we found the road in places really hard going, had we been in a normal car we think we would have turned back.... if the road going to the Hotel could be fixed up so that it is easier to get to, I think that would make such a huge difference! That is the only reason I gave a score of 8, otherwise would have given it 10/10!
We loved everything about the hotel, especially the fire in our room and hot water bottles in the bed! and the hot bath was divine!

Best location and hikes offered - forest hikes, lots of amazing waterfalls, above the forest line hikes with great views. Meals were excellent. Very well maintained facilities.

South Africa1 review“Wonderful experience just minor hiccups others would overlook”1.No aircon but the fireplace was enough to keep us warm 2.The waiter Goman or Gomen ( not so frindly)..refused to cancel my wife's drink ( from wine to coffee) 3. The african receptionist refused to bring the firelighters to our room( i understand if there is no room service)
