We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaWe would've had a better experience at this hotel if we'd gotten the specific room we had purposefully booked - on the 1st floor with a shower (Family Room with Balcony and shower). Yet when we checked in, it had mistakenly already been given to someone else, so they gave us a room on the ground floor with only a bath. As a result we had to bath, which is uncomfortable for us, and were woken up extremely early by the guests above us, walking around on the wooden floors. Apart from this unfortunate mistake, we enjoyed our stay.
The surrounding mountains of the town and hotel are beautiful. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and tried to accommodate our needs. Dinner was really tasty and breakfast also good.

South AfricaI so much wish that the investors could turn Lady Grey into a tourist town that will come alive every weekend. Lady Grey has got potential.
If you’ve been to Clarens before, and like an antique setup, this is one place you must add to your bucket list. Viewing that mountain first thing in the morning was priceless.

South AfricaA guest was a bit rude/difficult with a staff member... But he did admit that he is a difficult person - "even my wife says I'm difficult" he said.
The warm and kind welcome. The staff so friendly and helpful. The owner is was so accommodating (my daughter had to join us on our first night unexpectedly and she assisted hassle-free) The meals are to die for, fresh warm served with a smile. Sitting on the porch watching the sun dissappear behind the mountains is an experience you cannot explain. Indeed... Viewing the mountains at mountain view ⛰️
