The water in the toilet kept running all night in one of the rooms near the kitchen. Made it really hard to fall asleep. We have spoken to them about it and said they would fix it. Also, be sure to request the two single beds room to be parted if looking for singles.

The entire house is spacious and amazing. The outside back yard is even incredible. It has the chilling spots and if you are a group of friends looking for a fun house in Nelspruit, this is one of them.

John was informed about the air conditioner not working in the little bedroom upstairs. He sent out someone to repair it twice but unfortunately, it worked for a little while and then stopped working. All the other air conditioners in the house worked perfectly. The kitchen cupboards could be repaired as some of the cupboards are falling apart. There is no dishwasher, but there is a helper who comes in on alternative days which is a help. It would be useful if some detergent is supplied to wash your clothes as there is a washing machine and dryer available. A few should be made available as we were travelling from abroad and did not carry any with us. We were attending a wedding in the area so did not get to enjoy the property as much as we would have liked. It is a beautiful property, that just needs a little more TLC. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will book again when we are next in the area.

The property was spacious. The beds and bedding were clean. The bathroom next to the dining room could have been cleaned with a scrubbing brush and bleach. The black moss could be removed with my fingernails. Apart from this bathroom the rest of the house was clean. John was very good and attended to all our needs immediately.

Steep parking. However, with an automatic case it will not be an issue. I’d advise parking in reverse for manual car.

The house had everything you need for a vacation. Something to do for kids, teens and adults. The house and backyard are very spacious. This place was amazing and I definitely will be booking again.

The way the maid chased us out before the check out time. She treated us like her children who are at fault and was reprimanding us.

I liked that it felt like home. The service and communication from John and the staff were Tops! There was a lot for the kids to do and they did enjoy it very much with the swimming pool, Pool Table, and games at their disposal. The property is closely located to the shopping Centres and amenities. The neighborhood felt very safe and the views were beautiful!

There's an unattended pond by the entrance which is a risk to toddlers. If John could either empty the dirty water or turn it to some firm of decor. Had to keep a very close eye to my grandson who is 15 months.

Made our own breakfast. We would just drive to shops as they were just 800m close.
