We couldn't find a key to get into the lively back garden.

The location was very central. The house was clean and very spacious and the beds very comfortable. It was in keeping with the experience. Of Nieu Bethesda. It felt like staying in grandma's house.

The only thing I did not like is that I was not there longer Maybe that there was not a shower - that would have taken us from excellent to perfect

The house is lovely and spacious and comfortable and so very clean and tidy and not at all cluttered The garden is lovely The location is so convenient and we felt so safe What a pleasure to stay in this house and this little village - you can feel the love and care and hospitality Thank you for all the extras and the thought that you have put into this home - the tea cups and pot, the jars with tea and coffee etc and the extra blankets the books and magazines and candles for a bath - so kind and so appreciated So lovely to just park by the door The water is incredible It was a bit cold though but I only saw the heaters the next day - that was entirely my fault Thank you so very much

needs a more functional kitchen for self catering and perhaps a proper shower

centrally located in an idyllic Karoo town, within walking distance from all the main attractions and restaurants.

maybe the bathroom is a old fashioned, and no shower, toilet also within the bathroom, therefore if we were more people, would have been a small inconvenience.

Big house, strategically situated, although only myself and my wife used it, probably place for at least 6 to 8 people

Beautiful spacious house, in the central area of Nieu-Bethesda. You can literally walk everywhere. The Stirling restaurant @ The Ibis had a 6 course dinner-it was an unique experience!

That our car was on the street but so were the cars from other guests houses. Seems a very safe town

It was a large house right in the middle of town. You could park and walk everywhere. The peacefull garden was a bonus.

We were just the 2 of us, but with a bigger group,there is only one bathroom with shower in the bath. Parking in the street,something we don't really like,eventhough Nieu Bethesda is quite safe!

We had a problem with the hot water in the bathroom but it did not bother us too much because we stayed only one night.

Toilet smelled bad. Seemed like a plumbing blockage. Kitchen appliances cramped and difficult to navigate in a large, pretty kitchen space.

The information received indicated that the house could be shared with other guests - and there is only one bathroom. This instructions was not clear and likely we were the only ones staying there. On booking it looked that i booked the house but the feedback indicated that we booked a room. This is confusing and should be cleared.

The interior one is still wanting a luxurious comfortable, relaxing stay, this was trying to have the historical touch but at the cost of sacrificing class
