The attitude of the security guard upon our arrival. He wanted me to open my car window during a heavy rain. He didn't even carry an umbrella. I had to get out of the car and follow him to the security shelter in order for me to get the gate pass. Reception was not so friendly as well. Ernest in the main dining was so unfriendly he looked like he was angry. We felt like we were bothering him. This unfriendliness goes down to the Spa employees. I knew immediately I wasn't going to book a massage

The food..yummy. The chefs took time to come and greet the guests. The pools are clean and welll looked after. We spent all 3 days literally in the pools. The hot pools were so soothing. Braai facilities are a cherry on top. Games room is well looked after and clean

Power tripping inside the chalet, had to call maintenance many a times.

Booked a self catering chalet and it provided for all our needs in terms of cooking equipment, fridge and microwave, crockery and cutlery. Staff is very polite, friendly and accommodative. Facility provides for entertainment, relaxation and extramural activities. Can't be board...Plenty to do...

For the booking people under 15 years old are classed as a child for the booking, but when having dinner at the resort, anyone over 13 is charged an adult priced.

We were told that dinner is served until 21h00 but arrived at the restaurant at 20h42 and we were not served because we were told it was late.. If they say lunch is served until 21h00 we are expecting that the door is closed at 21h00 .

You have a generator and solar, but none of this was used. Guests are left without electricity.

The pools where the best. However, the super slide didn't operate. The breakfast was really nice. Only please dont keep the ham or any meat next to the onions, peppers, etc at the egg station. I was happy to see that the eggs were prepared without meat on the griller. Thank you for catering for muslim guests. much appreciated.

Even though facilities are well maintained, they are oudated. A bit of new paint and floors here and there would make a high-level resort agian. Nevertheless, I can fully recommend staying because the value for money is excellent.

The hot spring pools were perfect for recreation after a few safari days before. The staff was very kind and attentive, particularly during breakfast. The latter was also yummy.

The property was full of ant walking up the stairs you could see the ants crawling on Capet and you can’t place your food on the table for an hour because the ants will be all over.

Some staff were off and Boulder's cafe was closed, hence some activities were not available on Monday and Tuesday. The horse ride was shortened due to weather turning bad - with no refund or compensation.

The pools were enjoyable to swim in, the heated pools were very relaxing. Lots of activities available.

Our first room the view was not so nice but they happily moved us to a room with a beautiful view.

The hot Springs are amazing and the zip line tour was incredible and the food was delicious.

We had an interleading room which one room the aircon was out of order so we did complain to reception where they sent a guy named Rayno whom after explaining to him we cannot sleep there because of the heat we need another room, he said there aren't any rooms available and he had the nerve of telling us that is the reason there are two fans in that room and he is able to sleep in the heat everyday, who damn cares about him who are the guests here. He then told us he would report the matter and revert back to us, which he never did. We went back to reception ,there was a kind lady whom apologized then spoke to her superior and she placed us in another room, so makes me think where did the avaliable room magically appear from after Rayno confirmed there was none avaliable. Bistros restaurant please do not rely on them they say they closing at 6pm but when we go there at 4pm to place our orders they are closed and they say we must order at the bar where the menu is very limited. For room service you get charged R45 for a tray, which is non refundable. Very poor lighting around the resort. Management needs to reconsider more menu options, and the shop is not very well stocked compared to other resorts.

Loved the buffet breakfast, spa, hot pools which are open 24hrs, lots of entertainment one will never get bored. Hotels rooms were clean. Overall the staff are very friendly

Bad condition of the road from Vryheid to Natal Spa. Cleanliness was compromised in the dinning room in the morning of the 26th at breakfast. The floor was very dirty. The quality of food at breakfast was not that good.

The aircorn in our room was not working room 201 and the toilet. The ceiling was leaking in room 201 and 205 while it was raining. Also we made Christmas lunch reservations however we were placed outside and no one asked us if we wanted to sit outside, worse we couldn’t enjoy our food because there were sooo many flies and we complained but were told they can’t change us because that’s where we were placed. That was the worst experience and unfortunately for us from a different province and not familiar with the area we couldn’t even go else where to have a proper Christmas lunch. Please do not take more people than what the venue can take because this was a terrible experience for my family.

Was not happy about the R3000 deposit for quad bikes 😕 they need to review it or add it on the activities list because we were surprised to learn that you pay so much before you can ride as much as it is refundable it is still a lot.otherwise everything was good.

Enjoyed my stay loved the room setup and cleanliness.Well fitted kitchen utensils.Loved the spa and hot pools too.
