I got tick bite fever and was extremely sick , we were not warned properly about it that there were many ticks . The food buffet we felt we were waiting for food because it wasn’t ready and there wasn’t enough food . The salads were never replaced once finished

The calm environment and it was very quiet and relaxing .

They don’t deliver in their outsourced activities , they did not pack breakfast on our game drive and we booked a massage but they never came back to us , just ignored our booking

The property is very luxurious in all their facilities and have one of the best views

If you love nature and love being woken up by birds, then this place is for you. It's so scenic and serene.. nothing short of amazing. It was money well spent....you can see the giraffes, zebras and other wild animals very closely. Love love love this place. I would definitely go back

We loved our stay! Everything was perfect. We loved the attention to detail- the turn down in the evenings with chocolates on the pillow. The food was great , the staff were so friendly and helpful and the location was so serene. Highly recommended!

The Picnic...the cheese board was not what we expected. They missed that one. But location was awesome.

I did not appreciate that guests were allowed to smoke and vape in the common/public restaurant area during our dinner and breakfast meals. At one point we raised it to the waitress who was nice enough to ask the guests to smoke outside but the other times it just felt awkward to be a complaining guest. Would love the lodge to enforce the rule considering the law

I loved all the amenities and the location of the tents which made it possible to see some animals from our base. Staff were quite friendly and arranged our excursions even at short notice

The tents were located well in the bush with views over the adjacent game farm and nearby farms , The beds were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were clean, basic for what you needed it and had all the bathroom things a fridge, hairdryer, and emergency lights and aircon, you needed to make your say enjoyable. The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist. The sinic drive was very nice with the lookout point , we got to see a few animals. The breakfast was really good with a good selection to choose from and different types of tea and good coffee. the boma dinner was really good and nice to have with the fire when there is a large group lots of meat and the RSA favorite pap with a braai . This is definitely an experience and a definite recommendation to do.very good security to the facility

Install Tv's in the room, otherwise I cannot faulter the establishment on anything.

The food was great. The place was clean, and the location is close to the road. Loved everything about this place.

Came from a long day tired from safari drive only to find our room not clean. Housekeepers came in the afternoon and didn’t change our sheets after cleaning🥵

Having to check out after 3 nights , could have loved to extend our stay...

The entire facility is well looked after. Our breakfast and dinner was scrumptious. The staff is friendly and helpful, views are breathtaking.. Special mention to Bheki, Promise and Maxwell, keep up the excellent service folks.

Staff needs to be a little bit more attentive in the dining area. Clearing plates and taking drink orders. There was usually one person and they are by the bar... Most of the time had to go to the bar to order and plates only cleared when you are done and starter plates etc... Main sitting on the table as you eat.

Road signage could have been a lot better, as it was not obvious we were at the right place until we stopped and asked security.

The tented accommodation was fantastic. Very clean, great setting, staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Meals included were great.

The hospitality and service were amazing,very friendly staff, the place was clean and the food was lovely. The environment was good and relaxing. I would recommend the picnic and massage****. If you are looking for affordable luxury in the bushes, this is it. Seeing the giraffes and other animals was top tier. 20 min drive to the shopping mall.
