We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South AfricaThere was nothing we did not like, the stairs were a little problem for me owing to my age but I coped with the help of my family.
Loved the location and the service, the cleanliness and the space in the apartment. Would recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in that area. Parking is a problem but we were able to park on the curb right in front of our rooms.

GermanyThe first room provided didn't have a window to the bedroom; only through the bathroom. The loadshedding was disruptive (but fully realise the location is not responsible for the loadshedding).
Extremely kind, welcoming and attentive staff - really made me feel welcome. Great location. Excellent quality coffee and food (paid extra) on site. Interesting to meet other guests and be included in a monster whatsapp group of what's going on in Cape Town.

South AfricaI think the only thing I don't like is the fact that you dont get much "rest" with some of the other people around you. Eg. around the swimming pool and traffic going past your room.
I love nourished cafe, I'm not a vegan but if I had someone to feed me that food daily I would be. Overall like the concept and the setup.

Very convenient, close to Main Road cafes and the stadium. And having Nourish'd on the property for vegan smoothies and snacks was a real winner.

NetherlandsOur room was next to the café nourished on the ground floor. We actually felt our room was IN the café as people could look into our room and we heard al the noices and sounds from 07:00 AM. If we stayed more into the garden we would have had a much better and peaceful stay.

VietnamWalls are paper thin although noise wasn't too much of a problem during my stay. Communication wasn't as easy or straightforward. I wanted to pay for my stay before my arrival and it took them a while to respond (the response didn't help me pay in advance either). There is no proper airconditiong, just a portable one that blows air. Shower area needs a good scrub.
Good location. Spacious room. Complete kitchen area for those wanting to cook their own meals. Daily housekeeping is available

I do not mind that it was on the smaller size, however it does seem to be a bit "unfinsihed" for example paint on the walls was cracked and the appliances can do with an upgrade as it makes the bathroom look and feel "old"
