Faultless,a perfect stay. A beautifully presented hostel home from home. Lovely welcoming and attentive hosts Vinthi, Steven and staff. Spacious clean, comfortable and beautifully presented communal areas both inside and outside; well resourced kitchen with tea,coffee, cooking oil, herbs and spices to use, separate dinning area and lounge. The Dorm room is also spacious with nsuite shower and toilet room, comfortable beds with height space to sit, and personal bed lights and towel. There is also a small private courtyard with table and chairs to use. Secure parking area. Well resourced tourist info and attentive hosts on hand to make your time in Plettenberg Bay exceptional . The highlight of my stay in South Africa.

A great hostel, spacious common area and dormitory as well. Vithni the host and her family gives you feeling as at home. All clean and well equipped kitchen. And a good place to meet other travellers.

Everything was perfect for our needs. When we were there in January, they were going through a change of management. It did not impact our stay, however I hope the spirit a d the quality of the place remains the same.

the rooms are right in front of the parking lot so it can be a bit noisy. load shedding doesn’t help either when you try to sleep and the fan does not work.

The room was excellent for a backpackers. The owner and her staff were particularly friendly and helpful. It is located a few minutes walk away from Main Street with good restaurants and shops. And the Wi-Fi worked very well.

A sink with two taps is uncomfortable to use.

This is a good hotel with good prices in the center. It's really good for backpackers or night stays. There are no insects. The staff is a pleasure and helped me with my trouble.

Spotted a couple of ants in the bathroom but very minor issue (my partner didn't even notice them)

The rooms were neat and clean and there was brand new bedding and linen. The hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable. They have just taken over the property and went out of their way to make sure guests were happy. There is tea and instant coffee in the room but you can buy really good freshly ground coffee too. There is secure off-street parking and the room had slamlock Trellidors and a small safe so I felt safe. It is great value for money and I would stay there again. A highlight was the bright green chameleon walking along the fence outside the kitchen. It is one of the best backpackers I have been to.

Never got shown the bar area...didnt even know it was there. Toliet in the mixed dorm was leaking so floor around the toulet pot was constantly wet and so led to dirty wet foot prints all over the bathrom

Friendly staff, easy movement through facility entrance and exits, respectful environment...Id definitely go there again. As not given the breakfast option as stated on the website, please call and query this before hand.

Fan and side lamps didn't work, neither did wifi. Might be the cause of all the load shedding. it was really hot couldn't open the windows because we were mosquitoes dinner.
