There isn't a restaurant within the hotel. However, there are some decent restaurants to have breakfast, lunch and dinner just in front of the building so it can be a good substitute. (They also have room service, so it won't be a big deal).

The view of aconic Table Mountain is certainly the best, and the spa really threw away our long hours of flight fatigue. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

I believe parking facilities were under maintenance , so needed to park on the street . Wasn’t an issue though

The hospitality of Jayson and the staff is exceptional. They provided us with a complimentary upgrade. The hotel has an amazing pool on the roof. A special thanks to Mercy and Ananti for always going the extra mile and making us feel at home .

Construction next door but that didn't bother me much. My room was pretty far from it.

The staff staff staff! They were all sooo kind and answered all my questions. They are all wonderful but I have to say that Mercy was the best, maybe because I interacted with her the most. The room, amenities, and comfort of the bed were exceptional.

We had asked for an additional service to our room prior to check-in which was not delivered. Also not after a phone call to reception as a reminder.

Excellent location and in close proximity to the beach promenade, waterfront and stadium. A variety of restaurants within walking distance. Check-in process is quick and easy. Very friendly staff.

An amazing hotel, from the second you walk in the lobby looks luxurious and smells incredible. The room was excellent, great views of the sea and the golf course. However the main event in the rooftop, stunning views and somewhere you want to spend all your time. As an addition, we were only in this hotel (and Cape Town) for 24 hours which is a shame but the staff were so accommodating and helpful, they truly made our stay so much easier. Can't thank them enough. We definitely want to return to Cape Town and we will come back to stay at this hotel for sure.

Nothing the hotel can do but it is right next to a lighthouse which when it is foggy let’s out a siren every 30seconds all night long.

The staff make this hotel - they are so friendly and helpful! LinkedIn to the restaurant next door which was great as it gave you more choice regarding food a drink. The rooftop pool is a lovely spot on a warm day and the location is only 5 minutes from the V&A waterfront in a cab.

There is a little bit of noise of construction in the area but it dit not hamper our experience any way.

We just finished a great trip to Capetown where the O Two hotel was our base. Waterfront and also walking distance to the waterfront shopping area. Truly great staff, friendly, helpful, smiling all day and providing assistance if and where required. The room was modern, stylish, very clean and meeting all requirements. The nearby restaurants are all excellent.

I would say the only negative I really have would be the food. Personally, I wasn’t a fan of the restaurant that the hotel uses for room service (no restaurant in the hotel) and found the food to be very average sadly. Otherwise, no other negatives.

This hotel is amazing. I spent my final few days in Cape Town here and I enjoyed every moment. From checking in with the friendly staff, to the rooms with exceptional views of Table Mountain, then topped off with a beautiful rooftop pool and bar I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Construction work next door meant it was a bit noisy which was challenging when still trying to sleep at 7.30/8am

Beautiful hotel, amazing rooftop pool/bar, and good location with lots of good restaurants in easy reach. The staff were some of the warmest I’ve come across in any hotel.
