There is not much to do in the area, it is quite isolated, so I would not recommend spending more than 1 full day at Cap Agulhas.

We were very well welcomed, host gave us restaurant to visit, hiked to do in the area... Nice view on the ocean and comfortable bed.

Lovely B&B run by a charming couple. The room was spacious, it had a magnificent view over the sea. Complementary water, tea & coffee were provided. The bed was fantastically comfortable, we slept like children. Breakfast was nice and fulfilling with eggs made to order on top of all regular things. We would book again in a heartbeat.

the host was exeptionally nice! the second we arrived she already knew who we were and showed us everything! the house is lovely and the rooms are perfect, even for longer stays. Everything is clean and safe! She then also made a reservation at a restaurant for us and recomended a few. also she told us about some secret spots ( amazing!!) wifi works great and breakfast is also good. there is also a room where you can hang out as a group and a lovely garden

Everything was perfect. Cannot complain at all.

This was the most memorable stay we have had in South Africa. The location is perfect, the design of the house is amazing, rooms are stylish and comfortable, breakfast is of a high-quality made with love. Besides all the things which make this place perfect, it is one of the loveliest couples that runs it. They are very nice, hospitable, funny, and caring. I felt like i was staying with my family, although i have just met them :) They also gave us excellent tip for the rest of our stay in the country. Thank you soooo sooo much for such a wonderful experience and unforgettable stay!

The weather! Unseasonably wet.

Wonderful location with hills behind and a view straight out to the sea - Cape Agulhas itself is just a couple of kilometres away. A warm welcome from the hosts, a comfortable room and a very good breakfast. It's an ideal place to stay at one of the Western Cape's less visited locations.

The location is beautiful - between the mountains and ocean, it takes about 30 mins to walk to the lighthouse and the southernmost point of Africa (5 mins by car) and I recommend to have a walk. The views are amazing! The house is very cosy and rooms have anything you may need including a small fridge and nespresso machine. They serve fresh artisan bread in the morning (among other things) and are ready to meet any dietary requirements of the guests. I also loved the soap and shower gel in the bathroom (all produced in SA), their delicate natural scents complement the atmosphere of the place perfectly.

The weather and not having more time

Agulas Ocean House truly exceeded our expectations - the property is beautiful, breakfast was delicious, the hosts were lovely and gave us so many great recommendations. We stayed in the Violet whale room and enjoyed great view of the ocean.
