Would of been nice to have DSTV avaliable , and our shower door was missing a glass in unit 10 but other than that a good over all stay and will definitely book again.

We found the communication and key collection very trying. We waited 40 mins at a place that was 4 km's away to pick up our keys and fill out another lot of forms including indemnity. Messages we were sending were not responded to. We had no idea what to do with our key upon check out. No messages answered there either. Then we had to pay R1000 cash damages deposit and we only get it back 5 working days later, as they only do refunds once a week. So that was far from ideal. It was also our 15th Wedding Anniversary and absolutely nothing personal from the owners or hosts. I would have rated this place far higher had there been decent communications.

The apartment itself is small, clean and value for money. The location is nice with two lovely balconies with sea views. The compact apartment had everything one would require for a short visit.

Recommend to please add the following to make the stay more comfortable: Dustbin for the ladies in the bathroom Mop and General cloth- if you spill something there is only a broom and you are not able to wipe off the tables. Bonus will be a shower caddy to place your shampoo and liquid soap :-)

When we checked in. We were welcomed by a staff member by the name of Mercy and she kept on saying that she is exhibiting and she wants to leave when we were back and forth on the phone with the gentleman at the offices where one is “supposedly “collecting the keys after paying a refundable breakage fee. We were initially given a tour in Unit no6 and we were informed that it was the booking we paid for with a partial sea view however we disputed that and after long minutes of trying to get a resolution, Mercy was on the phone with the receptionist by the Name of Augustine that accepted the R1000 deposit. We were then checked into Unit 7 with a sea view and now the Bed has a squeaky sound…It was reported the same evening and no assistance was provided. We went to the offices the next morning and this time we found another receptionist Majorie and she said she is aware of the enquiry and she will send Mercy the staff member to have look at it. She indeed came and hours later the Bed broke and the maintenance guy was called in late in the evening and he tried to fix the bed temporarily so we could sleep and he said he would come back tomorrow. We checked out without the bed being fixed . The shower tap was leaking and we couldn’t sleep as it has an irritating sound and when this was reported to Mercy she blatantly told us that there is nothing that can be done with the shower .

Pool was dirty and only available until a certain time, remote gates were not working, there was construction on the same road so traffic was an issue. The lady at reception upon fetching the keys was rude and unwelcoming.

Didn't know where to get keys on arrival (office said staff will be there) - was nowhere in sight, had to walk and call around to find staff and keys (and she said she didn't know we were coming) Gate didn't work - stood open, safety risk Unit TV was not programmed, didn't work NO ocean view!! Not a modern apartment, wi-fi did not work properly, have to go outside to get reception, this is unacceptable these days and this should be fixed. Entrance gate scrapes on the ground, no sea view, right at bottom of complex, small sink in bathroom that leaked onto the floor from drain pipe, very basic TV channel, wifi insufficient to log on to Netflix account, overall complex is run down. The generator started during the night due to a fault and is situated right outside bedroom made too much noise to sleep. The amount charged was outrageous for the standard of the complex.
