A little loud but that was expected , slightly cold in the lounge but heaters are provided, garage awkward to park in but all in description therefore expected and it didn’t detract from our stay. Not the most child friendly as no travel cot or high chair provided but otherwise great.

The location is excellent, right on the ocean with huge wraparound windows in the living room and kitchen. Absolutely spectacular ocean and mountain views. Very clean, very comfortable, lovely modern kitchen appliances. Walking distance from beach and shops and cafes and restaurants.

It could get a bit noisy because of the main road in front of the house.

Steep Hill, lots of stairs and parking is very awkward. Our vehicle just managed to fit in the garage. Hoeever, street parking is also safe and convenient.

Location, stunning kitchen and views, appliances were wonderful. Decor, I liked, Cleanliness tops. Very Hot Shower and Bath water. Rooms are huge and so very Spacious. Very Quiet in the evenings, which I loved Awesomeness. The lady who assisted us to check in assisted us with carrying our luggage to our apartment. Thanks. I will be back.

Unfortunately, the driveway is a little steep for older members to walk up, and the main road is busy, so you need patience getting in and out the garage, but the view makes up for this.

The view is quite magnificent. We were attending a wedding at Casa Labia, so it was close. Clean and comfortable. I would definitely book to stay again.

Would have preferred bigger towels(bath sheets) Need dustbins in all rooms We were made aware of uncontrollable parking difficulties, so it is understandable.

The view is absolutely amazing and the beds so comfortable with gorgeous linen. Location could be better close to beach, mountain, cafes, and shops.

Beds in the 2nd bedroom are quite short for an adult man. Parking garage is not easy to access.

Location location location. Could sit on the couch in the lounge and watch the sea. Amazing views. Saw whales in the distance. Letwin was waiting for us on arrival to hand over the keys. Apartment was lovely and spacious. Would definitely stay again if I get to the Cape

Hair dryer that was provided could not been plugged in anywhere in the apartment because of the plug.

The load shedding was terrible, especially if one comes from a country with NO load shedding. We were not prepared for load shedding. One has to plan everything around it - from taking a shower to preparing meals. Its really dark when all lights are off at night, including those in the streets. One can do absolutely nothing during load shedding - you have to wait to out for 2 -3 hrs. Not cool. What worries me the most is that most safety measurers relies on power - no power no safety. Private enterprises MUST invest in solar power and batteries to keep their businesses going. The power problem in SA is going to stay.
