The sand road to the Lodge.

Excellent place to stay. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Will definitely take our friends there. The food was top notch. We loved the indoor pool, putt putt and canoeing. Fishing was a bit poor.

The TV wasn't playing. Asked them if they could fix it, but still didn't receive any help.

The Rondavel stay was really nice. The breakfast was also wonderful. The pools are beautiful. The whole scenery is so serene. It's therapeutic. The service from the restaurant was excellent. My toddler loved it there. I'm going back there soon. It's a pity that now it's sold out cos I want to go back after just a week there. l loved it there and would recommend it to everyone who's in tune with nature.

Room was not cleaned on our arrival, even thou we arrived an hour before check in, we were advised the room was not ready. Almost 2hrs later, arrived at the room, floors were not sweeped or mopped. Could still see dust on the cupboards. Previous guest braai ashes were still on the floor at the braai area, empty chargoal packets still there. Patio area was not cleaned/neat.

Everything about the place we liked...except for the below mentioned, what i did not like.

The stove wasn't working, there was no hot water and the kitchen utensils are small sizes for families, not enough utensils for a family stay.

One of the house keepers "Sugar" made sure we were comfortable enough by getting us the villas that were next to each other and went out of her to try and get us a bigger pot as all their pots there were small sizes not catering for families and got the technician to fix our stove that wasn't working upon arrival

Everything was good 4 me n my family, one thing tht really disappointed us was breakfast de was no buffer , we ate the same thing til we left,we couldn't even have a choice,even on their menu whn u order something, they wil say they dnt hv ,bt the group visitors will get a special treat than us.

Some plumbing installations require maintenance work and the internet connection poses a problem in case you want to work online

Lunch and dinner were well prepared and served. The geographical location is different and dazzling. A beautiful place for new family experiences. Also, I appreciated their efforts and promises to fix things that the customer is unhappy with. See you soon

Mold in the bath was a bit much. Even the shower curtain had mold on it. The tub was broken previously, and the hole was just patched with silicone... There was a Tv but no remote.

The indoor pool was out of use and no pre warning about it. The bathrooms are really out dated and still uses the old globe 📺 no remote.

The cabin is a bit old and some minor upgrades will make a big difference. The gravel road leading to the lodge are not in a great condition, but we were able to travel fairly well in a small vehicle.

We made the booking on short notice and late in the afternoon. The receptionist was extremely helpful and waited for us to arrive. She made sure the cabin was clean and ready for us.

I was overcharged by the Lodge. The beds and linen are not great quality.

The Lodge is very well looked after and clean. The chalet we stayed in was perfect for our visit, with all amenities you need. This is a perfect family getaway spot.

During my recent visit to a facility, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the lack of a warm welcome. Upon arrival, I found myself searching for someone to assist me, and when I finally found a lady, I noticed that she was alone. As we started engaging, however, someone else joined us, and to my dismay, that person was given more attention than I was. I couldn't help but feel neglected and unimportant, and this left a sour taste in my mouth for the rest of my stay. While the facility itself may have had its redeeming qualities, the poor welcome and lack of attention to my needs made it difficult for me to fully enjoy my time there. Overall, I believe that a warm and welcoming atmosphere is essential to any facility's success. When guests feel valued and appreciated, they are more likely to enjoy their experience and return in the future. Unfortunately, in this case, the lack of a warm welcome and attentive staff made it difficult for me to fully appreciate what the facility had to offer. While my stay at the cabin was enjoyable, I couldn't help but think that it would be even better if TVs and Wi-Fi were added to the amenities. Specifically, I noticed that the lack of technology made it difficult for kids to stay entertained during their downtime. By adding TVs to the cabins, kids would have access to their favorite shows and movies, which would help keep them occupied and content. Overall, I believe that adding these amenities would enhance the overall experience for guests, particularly those with children. While the serene and peaceful environment of the cabin is certainly a highlight, it's important to provide guests with modern conveniences that help them feel at home and comfortable.

The facility itself was equally impressive, with its warm swimming pool being a definite highlight for me. The peaceful and tranquil atmosphere of the lodge was also a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Firstly the TV at the roundwavel is old fashion, the twin bed was not good for us since I was with my wife, the supper takeaway food was dry just t- bone meet with rice only without any vegetable salad and lastly the heated water in the pool were not that heat as I expected

Wow: the stuff member mr Elias Maseko made me fill comfortable especially at the dining room making us fill comfortable and welcome. He was so friendly and explained everything we needed to know. Lastly the breakfast was super 👌 good. It's best place to visit and recommend to anyone

Only single beds in rooms. Bathrooms dark and dirty. The resort could do a bit better on the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms.

Great activities for the kids. More than adequate swimming pools. Quiet and tranquil setting.
