We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It was our 3rd time coming here and it has improved even more, the parking space has been renovated, their facilities are beautiful, safe and family friend Jeane was so helpful, very friendly, I loved it. It was unfortunate to hear the passing of Mr Johan when I got there, the last time I was there 2021, i was hoping to see him again, may His Soul rest in peace! A very wonderful Man. I miss him

South AfricaThe only downside for me was the pool being so close to the sidewalk cause my 4 year old is very active.
The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and so were the helpers who were with us during our stay. Whenever we needed something we would get assistance without any complaints. Location is perfect. Even bumped into the Umkhokha cast filming at the park just down the road. That was fun.
