Hmnn hard to say nothing was amiss really except that it is a bit removed from the action by about 800 meters.

We have been to this lovely hotel before. It has since then had some extensions/renovations done and it’s even better. Immaculate hotel with amazing staff in a perfect location.

Our main concern was there was not enough storage for hanging our clothes up.

Staff were very helpful and it was a nice walk into Hermanos. Pool area was ok but could have been cleaner.

Our room backed out onto the bin area of the hotel and generator so was a little noisy and not very scenic. But wasn't an issue as we weren't in the room much :)

Amazing little hotel with the most amazing staff who offered the best hotel service I think I have ever received in South Africa. They were extremely attentive and friendly and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The pool area is fabulous with all day sun and the location is perfect for a little walk into central Hermanus and its bars and restaurants.

The details is in the devil. Small things like the fact that our bed and bathroom mats were note returned after day one. Coffe was nor refilled after day one.

The staff were very good and accommodating. My one special request for a romantic turn-down - my expectations were exceeded with special care taken with this request.

I think they must add remotes for the gate on the set of keys given to the guests.

Pool was too small, more of a plunge pool

Quality of the bed linen, towels, glasses, beach towels. All our needs were anticipated. A 10 min walk into town along the coastal road was perfect. Our room had a lovely ocean view. Gin and tonics at 5pm was fabulous. The staff were exceptional, helpful and warm and funny! I had a brilliant facial.

Located just on the edge of Hermanus right beside ficks pool, they had just opened the new section of the hotel and the new rooms are fabulous but what makes this hotel even better is the staff.

The light in the bathroom. Goes on automatically when you turn over in bed. A small adjustment and it will be sorted

The position is great. Walking distance from the action in the town. Clean and painted white and blue which fits the environment and the cleanliness of the hotel. I alway laugh when people write in a review how friendly the staff were, but in this case I really mean it. They were so lekker. To me, it is a place to say when visiting this town. You can spend a lot of money at other places but here, you get what you pay for. It’s new and it will become well known soon. Best of luck to the owners and the staff in the years to come.

A very comfortable apartment a short walk from town with lovely views over the bay and a good breakfast. Lovely staff who were helpful and attentive. An extension is being built which meant we had to park on the road but staff helped with the bags and our stay was not disrupted
