the sink and bath tub had no water infact they just there and seeled which made it difficult to do some bathroom activities

The place should be called a backpacker, as that is vibe we got. It was cold and we added another blanket from the cupboard and they smelt dirty....Also the walls are very thin and we could hear everything the people aroud us was doing.

Noise, unruly people, no water to bath or basin.. luckily the shower was fine No cutlery in the kitchen,.. No consideration for others and seems no one has control over the visitors No one introduced themselves when we arrived..

1. We booked 2 rooms. My parents were expected to share bathroom and toilet facilities with other guests - these facilities were not clean. 2. Luckily they could share with myself and husband, however our bathroom basin had no tap. The bath was out of order due to no water only shower was working. 3. Dodgy writing on room wall and the room wall and stairway is generally not in a good condition- broken tiles and cupboards 4. All towels and bedding looks like old and odd items 5. The main door to the guesthouse has no handles. When we arrived there after an event at 12 o clock we couldn't open it and couldn't get hold of the host. Eventually a regular guest came to assist with a weird and tricky way of opening the door. 6. Walking down from my room there were frosted windows through which I could see someone showering. Generally this place is not recommended. This cannot be approved as a guesthouse. Unfortunately I booked this place because the other places I usually book were full.

The shower and toilet facilities very bad. Had to drive from the point of booking to another house. I felt very unsafe. I had to make a few calls before I was booked in. It is not a B&B. I was told I can have breakfast somewhere like Wimpy or so. Worse place ever.

Pools were dirty and The bathroom didn't work The fact that the owner asked for a extra R 250 via the care taker and we didn't even discuss it in the beginning

We booked in at around 1pm the pool was not cleaned, we were only able to swim after 4pm The bath tub was not working likewise the shower was not working well.
