Host and Staff were so helpful and friendly. Generators were on during loadshedding so we were kept comfortable with the use of air-conditioning in the unit.

Not the fault of the owners but one night of noisy and crude guests. The owner did speak to them which just made them abusive. So if they are reading this please get some decent upbringing if you are going to go to places like a guesthouse. The pool area should be separated from the bottom pool facing rooms because these guests are inclined to make it an extension of their own living area and leave their personal stuff lying around.

The staff was exceptional. The rooms clean and tidy Clean bathroom linen every day The owner very accommodating.

Stove plates either were off or extremely hot. Change the setting did not work. Oven did not work. We relocated to new unit for the last night. There the stove was extremely slow

Not the establishments issue but there was a crowd in who partied at the pool with loud music and noise Friday and Saturday evening. This was disappointing since the house rules are clear that no loud music is allowed. These guests had total disregard for the rules and other residents. We could not go and use the pool of Saturday evening they completely took over and nothing was done to get them to behave like civil well mannered people. Disappointing really.

There was a broken light in the lounge.

The house was very clean, and we found everything clean and neatly packed. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and smelled nice as well. There was no noise the place is quite and a perfect place to chill and relax with friends or even family!! The house is so big.

Due to the loadsheddibg the generator was turned on a lot of the time. Especially in the late evening this was disturbing..

I cldnt get to use the jacuzzi the water wasn't filled

The jacuzzi was empty and seem to be out of order. The aircon in our room leaked water and the floor was wet constantly. Lucia offered to move us to another room, but since there was only 1 night left of our stay, we declined the offer. I could not use the bath in the bathroom as there was not enough water coming from the taps. The shower is huge and caters for couples, but there is no door at all..

The breakfast was superb, and the ladies attending to us are very skilled and super friendly. The owners assisted us in booking a Hippo and crocodile tour, and that was awesome.

Lack of parking. No doors on bathrooms. Bath was cracked but still functional. Place could do with a few books for entertainment.

Pictures did not do the place justice. Very comfortable and got a back up for load shedding. Safe and clean.
