Hi Guys, the Breakfast layout was not ideal. I guess I am used to breakfast being laid out and being able to choose breakfast. Also the shower inside the bath was disappointing. regards

did not quite like the options of a Club lounge and a ala carte option at the Reign restaurant. The Club lounge did not quite represent a five star facility although the staff did try to satisfy our requests.

Bit tacky and Las Vegas like but I guess that's what happens if one stays at a Casino hotel. My wife suffered a mild bout of food poisoning (which lasted 2 days) which we can only put down to the Langoustines she had for dinner, but who knows !!

We took breakfast in the Exec Lounge and it was OK, the pool was nice and the Spa treatment I had was very good.

Carpet was dirty in my room. There was no smoke in my room...but OMG, so much nasty second hand smoke in the inner walkway to the restaurant areas. The smoke smell was horrible even in the restaurant area with all of the lovely choices of places to eat. So many restaurants...but there was thick smoke in the restaurants, and also smoke permeated all areas from the walkways leading from the casinos. The smoke smell was so strong that I could not eat my food at the Chinese restaurant, even though no one was smoking there. I just went back to my room, this time by walking out of the casino and restaurant areas, to the outside. I walked back to the hotel area outside of the buildings...in clean air. They really need to get a better air filtration system...or get one. It was very unhealthy to breathe so much second hand smoke and for that reason I will never recommend this establishment to others or return. Very sad, because the whole place is so beautiful. Really lovely.

The bedroom suite was gorgeous...bed fantastic and so were the pillows and accoutrements. Very attractive room. Room service breakfast was fab and so was my breakfast at the outdoors section of the main hotel's brasserie. Staff was very helpful and lovely. Laundry services good.

Nothing actually, everything ran like clockwork

We enjoyed the new bar area in the D'oreale Grande, we also visited the Xmas lights, the Peermont team put a lot of effort into the show this year, the experience was magnificent. Fortunately for us our room was upgraded from our booking, the reception staff was excellent and we were truly impressed with this. The room was spacious, clean, and well laid out. Before we left the property we had a delightful breakfast in our room

The breakfast could have been as good as it used to be.

I was disappointed witht he breakfast. It used to be one of the reasons for staying at this hotel as it was such a fabulous buffet breaklfast. It is now by way of a menu and not nearly such a good choice.

The staff are extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly . When my laundry didn't arrive on time , they got a driver organized to take me to the airport .

Room service meal poor. Trouble with A/C but eventually got it fixed.

Beautiful property, lovely restaurant, bar, and pool area. Room comfortable but small. Breakfast buffet excellent and dinner very good too.

Wanted the beds separated as I was travelling with my elderly mother. That request was made at booking and not followed through.

Generally very clean, showing a bit of wear and tear in the furniture. Clean bathrooms, hot water. Great restaurant, Reign with very good breakfasts and excellent dinner menu. Very, very good cocktails. Easy to grab, dedicated shuttle bus from the airport (easy to locate), probably better value/quieter than the onsite-airport options if you are taking a day to rest after a long flight.

What a lovely stay! Comfortable, luxurious with friendly helpful staff. Can’t understand why the rating isn’t higher? Location is perfect for travelling between Pretoria and the East and North of Johannesburg. Great restaurants in the complex with lots of entertainment. We loved our room which had an outside patio area. Just lovely!

Music in the restaurant/bar area was too loud for me and my husband.

Very comfortable room although bathroom a bit of a squeeze with the bath in the room. Was expecting a buffet breakfast but you had to choose from a menu. Very good selection and you could have what you liked. Well presented.
