South Africafirst room on first floor very noisy with extractor fan outside. moved to second floor immediately I complained. shower varied between warm and hot as it was being used, a little annoying. tried to phone from the airport to see if there was a shuttle, no reply. arranged a vehicle back to the airport in the morning, told there was a complimentary bus, too late to cancel the vehicle. wanted a scale to weigh luggage, none available.

South AfricaI took my mother on a mid week break to the D’Oreale Grande hotel. The staff were amazing and Rebecca assisted us with a wheelchair and some special extras for my mom and myself after she found out my mom was terminally ill. The room and facilities were amazing and the staff went above and beyond, making us feel like we were home away from home! Accessing the casino and hotel facilities was easy with the wheelchair and my mom got to experience the whole shabang as she was not limited to the facilities she had the energy to walk to. A big thank you to the special hotel staff crew from reception, to porter, to waitresses and house keeping staff! It was more memorable than I could have asked for!

I could not have breakfast because the iron in the room was not working and I waited for more than an hour for the replacement. Perhaps it is the kind of room I was given.

United KingdomThe Peermont is well situated for the airport with a free shuttle service. Room was great, upgrade to a suite was nice, with a lovely large comfortable bed. We had a good meal in the restaurant which has a broad menu and is fairly priced. Breakfast was fantastic, a very wide ranging selection and the service was excellent.

Mozambiquei was upgraded to a suite on the 5th floor which was commendable, however the suite was disappointing in the fact that, although it was very clean, it seemed very run down and in need of a facelift to reflect the grandeure of the hotel itself. The heater system did not work at all and even staff that arrived to take a look could not resolve the issue. Disappointing that the expense and quality of this hotel could not even have a stocked mini bar to enjoy. I question the reason of even having a mini bar if you are not going to service it. Comfort of the beds however was absolutely first class!
