We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Everything! Staff, location, food, facilities, and all. It’s perfect. I finally found luxury in Klerksdorp, home away from home. Been traveling to Klerksdorp every 2nd week on work for 4 years and each time I couldn’t wait to drive back home. I don’t travel there as much anymore but when I do, this is where I’m booking myself in.

South AfricaThe only thing I would have liked is possibly a door in front of the shower and maybe a bath as a possible option in the bathroom.
No power failures (load shedding) due to effective backup power supply planning which is always my main focus when booking a place as I use a Cpap machine for sleeping and thus need continuous, uninterrupted power. The place was very neat with a luxurious feel to it. The staff was professional and friendly and went out of their way to make my stay perfect. Breakfast was delicious! This place is a must stay!
