It’s the epiphany of heaven on earth. The natural beauty of the mountains and the grasslands, was surreal to see. I would have liked more time to go horseback riding or do activities. Our hostess was very welcoming and made us feel right at home.

There is nothing to not like!

Words cannot describe the beauty of where these chalets are located. The room came with complimentary firewood and the staff were amazing. They went out of their way for us! The value for money is incredible, I highly recommend staying here! My fiancé and I wished we could have stayed longer than one night.

Very little but on the activities side: The horses were wonderful and calm though the route itself is mostly (beautiful) forest roads - not single-track terrain which may be more interesting/exciting for more experienced riders. Single tracks or marked routes for bicycles would also have been a wonderful addition. It would have been helpful to have nearby hiking trails in a guidebook of sorts to know where to drive to really enjoy the amazing mountains.

The chalets are superb and cozy with dreamy views of the mountain! We enjoyed the large grass lawn, swimming pool, trampoline and pony rides for the kids immensely. A short drive to the large dam nearby was also very nice. It is such a relaxing space to be in and we were so happy with a delicious preordered dinner on arrival!

We absolutely loved staying at Oudebosch Guest farm. The accommodation was so comfortable, the views of the mountains were awe inspiring, lovely pool as well. The cherry on top of the cake however, was the morning horse ride we did with Linda, we are absolute beginners, but Linda and her horses made it seem effortless. Such a lovely ride and wonderful stay.

What an amazing place, the scenery is out of this world. Reminded me of series like Outer Range or the movie Nope, but the surroundings here are greener and wilder. Enjoy the horseback ride, even if you have no experience I’m sure you’ll have a wonderful experience exploring. You can also go hiking or use the mountainbikes. I really enjoyed the chats with Linda on the trail and the BBQ at the home. The chalets have everything you need and we even got welcoming muffins and cookies on arrival. The pool is nice and everything is safe. Hope to return some day and I hope many more will enjoy their stay here

WLAN not working/stable. Lost connection every minute. Not usable at all.

Amazing view onto the nature, quietness, fireplace in the cottage, super friendly hosts. I definitely recommend horse riding (Viktor was my gentle guide through the fields). There‘s also a lovely cat and a dog that would make your stay even better. And my little daughter had a blast on the swings and in the pool. It was worth the drive!

The chalet got really warm in the evening, it was an extremely hot day. I would suggest some form of cooling system. Even just and standing fan would have helped.

The chalets was beautifully set up ready for us. It was very well put together. Even the braai place was build and ready to light. The pool is incredible. The communal house by the pool was well beyond equipped with all that you may need. The view was breathtaking.

Oudebosch is the reprieve you never knew you needed. Exclusive views of the langeberg mountains are just one of many highlights of our stay. The horseback riding is a must. We will be back again 🌿

We booked all 3 cottages and spend a great 10 days over Christmas with family. The cottages were comfortable with beautiful views of the mountain and buck grazing in the fields. We spent most of our time together at the stunning pool area. In the evenings, we braaied and enjoyed the pool table!

The location is amazing with absolutely stunning views - completely away from it all! Well worth the 12k gravel road which was actually ok to drive on. Lovely pool for a refreshing dip.

We had such a wonderful, relaxed, luxury and very nice stay there. Staff is very friendly. They offer horse rides with calm and relaxed horses. Very good for experienced and inexperienced riders. We took a 3-4 hours tour which was one of the best experiences we made during our 3 weeks South Africa trip. So relaxing, great views, nice talks to our guide and host Linda. We can definitely recommend this place. What a great stay.

The drive is a bit long off road with a regular vehicle, and the WiFi was very weak

The natural surroundings and the tranquillity are amazing! The kitchen was a bit small, but the braai area made up for it in size. The springboks was an added bonus as close as in your backyard😍😍and the most friendly cat!!🥰🥰

Our stay was far too short

Absolutely everything! Eunice's attention to detail in our booking,(accomodating my requests) and the very sincere warm welcome we received from Piet, Linda and Eunice. One immediately feels relaxed. To the spectacular views and the complete silence around us. You just know you are somewhere special. The attention towards their guests is incredible. Piet drove us around the property, giving us a brief history and the wonderful conservation efforts they are undertaking. A true labour of love. This is our second visit and will not be our last. Cannot wait for next year. The Eland Wors was delicious 👍🏻. Thank you to you all.
