Noisy electricity backup system. Defeats the quiet atmosphere. Instructions to the oven would have helped us to heat the frozen pizzas. Smelly carpet in the living room. You need to put hi-viz reflectors on the tree in the driveway.

Space, kitchen, staff, washing machine. Loved the backup electricity. The multi-function shower was great.

Communication can be better and easier. The kitchen could be equipped better with more utensils eg bottle opener. Very early check out time - 10am.

The house was big enough to host a group of friends. There was enough parking. BBQ facilities were good.

The only thing I didn't like was there where no bins in other rooms then the kitchen, like in the bathroom or bedrooms.

This is a really nice house with enough space. The shower in one of the bathrooms is really nice. The person who helped us was very friendly and goes out of his way to ensure you have a great stay.

The water was cold after 2 people showered on the morning of our departure; I'm not sure what the problem was. Also there were many flies when we were braaing even inside the kitchen early morning perhaps look at using jeyes fluid around the drains &even washing the floors

The bathroom in the main bedroom didnt have a door. It was uncomfortable to use the bathroom because there was no privacy at all. The design of the bathroom only works if the room is used by one guest. The door to the common bathroom also did not lock and we felt that a traditional door would be more suited, instead of the concertina door.

The location suited us. The Caretaker Percy was helpul and friendly. Grateful for the flexibility that we were afforded with late checking out.

The place was extremely cold. A bathmat in the bathroom is essential. The light on the veranda disturbed me during the night. Neither the outer glass door or gate to the parking area could be closed or locked due to lack of maintenance. In a high crime area it is essential to feel safe.. The little lounge with the TV is too cold to watch TV there. I froze. A TV in the bedroom would be more sensible in such extreme cold. There was no courtesy coffee.

The property owner made an error with overlapping our pre-discussed checkout time and the next guests arrival time.

The house was very clean and the back up power made for a pleasant stay even with loadshedding. The caretaker, Percy, was very hands on and helpful. The house is very homely and spacious. Lovely stay.

1.0 Main bedroom bathroom door not there and this is not good especially when using the toilet. 2.0 The other bathroom door does not properly close and does not lock. 3.0 There was only one house keys set and a one gadget for the main gate. This is not good if one family member goes out and leave others inside at night.

Noisy neighbours, kettle broken and only replaced on departure, drain blocked and smelly, 1 shower for 10 sleeper, patio cushions torn and dreadful, dishes were washed and left at basin, recommend a dishwasher for 10 sleeper. Booking. Com does not tell you it is a divided property, photo's are misleading because of this.

Everything! This place has a full kitchen, 4 bedrooms and can sleep 10. - double beds, super comfortable.Washing and drying facilities. Secure parking. 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower, 1 with a bath. Outdoor area with a pool. Spacious living room with full Dstv package. Percy was welcoming and kind. Great WiFi. You are only charged for the number of people staying! GREAT VALUE

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Such a lovely place. Very clean. The beds were comfortable. DSTV with all channels. Free wifi with good connection. The shower was everything and more. Perfect location, Menlyn Shopping Centre is just a stone's throw away. And yes, the people that commented about how nice the caretaker is, they were not lying. We had an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend it.
