We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThere wasn't anything we didn't like. It was very remote but it is well patrolled by the housekeeper.
The house is very modern and clean with air con and TV. The location is just outside the Kruger Park, not far from the Pafuri Gatehouse. It is self catering, so we bought supplies from the Punda Maria rest stop shop - not a huge range, but enough for breakfast and a light evening meal (got bread, eggs, bacon, milk etc). The area the house is located is very remote and security is provided by the onsite housekeeper who assured us they had a direct contact with the Border Guards should there be any issue (there wasn't).

South AfricaEnjoyed the peacefulness of the place. Its right next to the Pafuri Gate with easy access for game drives. We managed to see a lot of game. Also liked the 24hour security and aircons for the heat.

It is self catering. I was well prepared for this. What i liked was that i found everything i needed to prepare both my breakfast, lunch and dinner.
