I loved that the lodge is at a good location and i liked that i had no issues checking in and out.

South Africa2 reviews“I did not enjoy”Attitude by the cleaner when I was asking for glasses was not acceptable. We were not given the glass to drink water. No coffee in rooms We were only given the remote controls after asking at a later stage. Do not treat people who have booked for days like the one-hour or two-hour people. Noisy residents, it was difficult to sleep at night, making noise the whole night, banging doors.
I like the staff were friendly at the reception.

South Africa5 reviews“Overall, I was pleased with the room, and the service from the staff.”The back view at night was quite noisy from people walking pass. Moreso, the prostitution around the area was disturbing.
I was attending the Durban July and the venue was just around the corner from the racecourse. It saved me from driving to the racecourse, I just walked and still able to walk back to change outfits. It was very convenient, for me.

South Africa3 reviews“Only go there if you want to have quick sex, not for work or holiday”No Fridge, no food at the place, no stove That's a sex place, people come all night long to have sex, prostitutes outside the window, the place is noisy throughout the night, doors banging, sex screams. The area is filled with homeless people, drugs peddlers and prostitutes. You have to leave the key everytime you leave.

South Africa5 reviews“It's a great place if you gonna come back to sleep and wake up in the morning and go do stuff.”The fact that when we arrived we were told to wait they are still cleaning to room and the time was about 4-5. And when we got to the room it was still wet, things weren't set to order like the towels, mat for the bathroom. The window wasn't working properly. I didn't like that we had to leave our key to the receptionist everytime we go out. There is no bar fridge, the room is quite empty and it felt like someone was spying on us... and the room is quite dark, the lights are dim.
The stuff was okay. The bathroom was fine also aircon working fine also as the TV but with limited channels.

South Africa1 reviewPoorFor long stay I feel like there is no time schedule for cleaning ( there must be a procedure or time schedule for the people that are not checking out also accommodate or accompany whilst waiting for cleanup), Room intercom for communication, remote for decoder to be in the room not to be controlled by the receptionionist while watching ( they must not control at the reception while you watching a Channel of your choice.
There is silent and no destruction also safe parking.

South Africa1 review“Only if there is a kitchen with a stove to share for cooking our food”Only if we were provided at least with some water and 2 glasses and just a bar fridge in each room that would be so acceptable..Otherwise everything else was up to a good standard.
Nothing was provided for breakfast,we had to woke up early and find something to start a day.
