We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaWife got sick on the night before cruise and when we cancelled the cruise in the morning they forced us to pay for it. She had a terrible fever as she was on the rain during the the of predators tour. This left a bitter taste of our stay. She was also traumatised by the snake that we found at our door in the morning on Saturday.
Food was exceptional, cleanliness of the place and its beauty. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

South AfricaSomeone was knocking while we were bathing nd seems like he wanted to open with his keys because he thought we are not around,he wanted to refresh the room so it will be better if there are signs we can hang outside the door not to be disturbed.. Please correct your directions from GAUTENG When you turn right onto the R33 towards Lephalale..you continue to drive for 80km not 60 km and the R33 connects via a CIRCLE with the R510 not a T-JUNCTION..you take the 3rd exit.. Thank You
