More water and biscuits in the room. Maybe consider to fixing up the sealing fans.

Breakfast was well prepared and standup to what the excpectation was. Facility is ideal for the sport events.

It didn't affect us, but the shower in the suite won't be suitable for those with limited mobility - but there are other rooms with standard showers - just ask the host.

Nandi & Annie were lovely hostesses and made an excellent breakfast (too much to choose!!). Candice kept in contact with us from the start and was available should we need anything. The sea view from the suite was awesome (and the beach in literally across the road)! I had to be in PE for a week for a medical procedure, and the suite was spacious and comfortable - with the bedroom being separate from the living area, we never once felt "boxed in" or had cabin fever despite having to stay indoors mostly. The room was cleaned daily while we were having breakfast (in the lovely sunny dining area). A mall is close by for any grocery or takeaway needs. A plus is a full size fridge with freezer for those who need more than the standard bar fridge. 10/10 would stay there again!

Shower taps outdated, makes it difficult to mix water to desired temparature. Raplace with a shower mixer.

This is more an observation than a "not like". An adapter required to plug in the bedside lamps. The cushions on outside seating need to be redone. The insides are well worn.

Rooms are spacious. Lovely Lapa outside at pool side. Close to the beach. Lovely breakfast.

The sofas nd throwers had a bad smell,breakfast was horrible second day we didn’t even eat it cz of the day 1 experience,no option food was not fresh on day 1 we had to complain first,the lady was not friendly the one who was preparing breakfast for us nd eating her food was torture.load shedding hit us our kids had to eat cold meal no back up generator till we complained.it was like we were invading their private space.waste of money

I did not like carpet in the room. The room must be fumigated more often to prevent cockroaches.

it was very stuffy, wooden floor under the carpet uneven. The was not very clean. The window blind in the bathroom could not open. Noisy. The room was one of the interlock room.

I traveled with fairly wealthy clients and had to stay the night and the look of the property on BDC was very misleading. As well as the points of the reviews. The carpets in the rooms is badly stained. My personal opinion is to get rid of the carpets and lay some tiles! That would make a huge deference. My shower which is in the bath was super slippery and could really cause someone to fall. Had to be very careful.

I liked the location of the property very much! It's very close to the beach. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. They deserve a 15 out of 10. The beds and bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast was really good and we had enough food. As I said the staff is super nice. I hope to return and see some improvements on the carpets. Otherwise it's a nice place with a great location!
