Getting to the location was a little tricky at first. We were directed to a gravel road by the GPS. Please check the route before you embark on your journey as there is a perfectly good tar road to use to get to the location.

The breakfast was freshly prepared by Vee herself, according to our preferences and dietary requirements. It was delicious! The room was clean and met all our needs, with our 4 month old baby and our furbaby. The beach was a short walk away, and it was clean and beautiful. The hosts were amazing and treated us like family. Vee also helped with my baby my husband and I had breakfast on both mornings of our stay! We also loved Fen, the border collie. He is adorable, and didn't mind having our doggie around.

Pets were always around us of which we are not used in our culture but we adjusted ourselves fortunately we were told before that pets are allowed

The place is very quiet also is next to the sea and restaurants are nearer,everything you need is easily reached,I will recommend it to my family and friends even my teenagers enjoyed staying there.The breakfast was very delicious ,it differed everyday .

The place was just big enough for me, my wife and the two kids. The unit was tidy and secure. Very close to the beach and central for sightseeing interesting places. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was on time and great.

I loved everything about Utopia!!! Magical view from the balcony. Perfect for sundowners or even sunrises (the best) If you sit long enough you might spot whales or even a group of dolphins feeding or playing really close to shore line. The property is very private with a very short walk to prestine almost completely private beaches. The area is very quiet and secluded from the holiday rush makers which makes this place a gem. Perfect to recharge your batteries!! Breakfast by far one of the best I have had on my travels! Every morning a variety and abundance of very yummy breakfast treats. Which completey sets you up for a perfect nap on a hammock type chair overlooking the Indian Ocean with unobstructed views or a stones throw walk to very nice beaches! Very neat, very clean and very safe. Perfect for families or single people just looking to relax and enjoy nature. Linen I have to mention!!! Also very good quality and I could not wait to get into the comfy bed every night! No loadsgedding and always water regardless. Secure parking and ample space inside and outside. Would recoomend this place 20 times out 10!!! Also worth to mention: probably the best value for money North Coast (salt rock area) all the way to far south Port Edward!! Tops!!

For a second I felt as Vee and Ivo are parents more than hosts or in business. They’re so very lovely, so warm. You don’t get to feel or believe you’re in a “paid stay”. You’re taken care of as one of their own. From breakfast , to being checked, to dinner that wasn’t planned for, the list can go on and on and on. Ivo is a natural leader, a father, a whole different man! They literally go allllll the way out. Beyond accommodative. Worth the stay, worth the money! Definitely worth visiting again and again and again.

I was happy with everything.

We enjoyed our breakfast. Vee had prepared a wide spread of food for us. I enjoyed the beautiful view. The property was very beautiful and is conveniently situated. They have a backup system for water and power so no load shedding! They also have a good security system on site, that made me feel safe especially since we were travelling as two females. It really felt like a home away from home!

We were welcomed warmly by Evo and Vee. We had the big unit with downstairs kitchen and lounge. Upstairs, there was another lounge, 2 bedrooms with both ensuite bathrooms. There was free WiFi and Netflix on a huge tv screen. Upstairs was also a beautiful deck with a beautiful seeview. The amazing clean and quiet beach is literally 300 steps away. The hosts treated us to breakfast on Saturday. We will definitely be back. We took our 3 doggies with and although the owners have a border collie, he was not a bother all.

I paid for 5 peaple only 3 sleep on a bad 2 sleep on couch but pay same amount the owner must accept that her place accomodate only 4 peaple what she is doing i fraud to charge couch like a bad i was totally disappointed by her
