The breakfast is really very bad. There was only instant coffee.. The display and variety of the "fresh fruit" is bad. The fruit juice is like cooldrink with too much water. The one morning the Strawberry Joghurt looks as if they add a lot of milk. It could have been flavoured milk.. The hot food is cold and is really diztasteful.l. The thin sausage is dry and overcooked. Although we paid for breakfast we only try it twice . They bring my husband some hot milk for his cereals but in a cup instead of a small jug. I do believe Palm Continental can be a great destination and your home away from home but it's just the breakfast and service at breakfast that's really terrible. The safe in the room also has no key. That's a problem because you havesome valuables that you want to lock away

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very neat and clean. Linen, matress and cushions are excellent. The safe in the room is great but unfortunately has no key available

The one room we booked 212 the TV did not have a TV box like the other rooms and the aircon also did not work properly

The staff was really nice and helpful all of the time I will revisit them again perfect for a family also. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub there is also a sona that my husband enjoyed alot. The Breakfast was Halaal but everything was really nice and alot to choose from. Thanks for the stay at your hotel

They didn't sell drinks inside the hotel so we ended up going outside to buy drinks

When booking they refer to the availability of a mini bar - that is not available as said.

A restaurant on site that is catering for all types of religion and race (bot only hot and spicy food) for dinner purposes would have been feasible.

It's quite and accommodating, their food mostly accommodates Indians, requested safe for our belonging but the key was not available. We had to request for room service in the afternoon, which was inconveniencing, we were hoping to find the room clean when we came back.

For the price I paid per night if didn't even include Breakfast which was dissapointing, I arrived there and all went well with the checking in, was a Muslim young girl, she was nice. I had traveled for work purposes and through the entire duration of my 4day stay I was unable to connect to the WiFi, I had asked the receptionist to assist me which wasn't the same girl, she let the phone ring so long before she answered, she said she will see what she could do and call me back, she didn't call me back. I called her back 30mins later and told her I'm still waiting for her, she said she will ask someone to come assist, till I left no one had come nor called me. I had to waste money and Uber to a coffee shop where they offered wifi to be able to work. Was really dissapointed as I spent R800/night in a area like that where I could have stayed in Sandton for the same price including breakfast. The pictures looked great and doesn't differ far off but the property and surrounding area is definitely not tidied, clean, neat or safe at all. The only reason I stayed there as it was closest to 1 appointment I needed to be. I think your 2nd receptionist needs to learn customer service and know if she says she will call back or send someone she needs to check in if it had been done.
