The bedroom had an old capet that is not well maintained and very dirty. Extremely dust. My son had two asthma attacks in one night. After months of no attacks. The whole chalet has tiled floor, not sure why they keep dirty old rugs in the bedrooms. Even a diffuser couldn't settle the dust from the rug in the room. I ended up sleeping with him in the kitchen area. At least an extra bed was provided. Please change those rugs. Not only are they dirty, they are a health hazard....!

The chalets are cousy and safe. There's everything you need. Very beautiful views and the restaurant is amazing.

The chalet itself is looking a little old & run down .... Needs some tender loving care. The fact that we had to wait at reception to leave, while someone checked that everything was 100% in chalet was somewhat irritating. They should have warned us before to prepare us.

The absolute stand out highlight of Panorama are the FANTASTIC views overlooking the gorge. Added to that there is an infinity pool which is superb as you can sit in the pool while overlooking the gorge 10/10 for views. The chalet had everything we needed,

The cupboards and drawers were not cleaned. Extremely dusty. Dish cloth was wet and smelly. Had to buy out own.

The towels were dirty. The chalet has an awful smell, I think it came from the sleeper couch.

The restaurant on the property is only open from 11:00-21:00 although they have a second branch in Graskop for breakfast, but they should offer breakfast earlier. There was loadshedding but room 15 didn't have an emergency solar light or torch of sorts. Luckily the restaurant managed to lend us one because all thát happened by the time reception had closed and left.

The view is to die for, absolutely stunning! And the restaurant made the best pizzas! My European friends appreciated that the restaurant manager Alet came to have a quick welcoming chat with us. Room 15 has been renovated recently, so it looked quite modern inside.

We slept there for 3 nights and so I did not like the fact that our sheets were not changed and our house was not being cleaned,they told us that it self service but i mean who will want to go on a vacation and make their own bed? Because if you do it changes all the perspective about vacation

Cleaning is not their strong point.(only surface cleaning). It is off putting to be reminded that someone else you don't know slept in the same bed. We found tinkies packet in drawers and under the bed. Its also dusty and vuil under beds, wardrobe and table tops. Had to do a quick clean before one could relax.

Location is perfect. Views calming and relaxing. Love that each unit is not in each others space. The outside is beautiful and enjoyable. Views and tranquility for days.

They could try to upgrade the furnishings . The shower on the bath needs railing something to hold in case you slip very important.
