Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South Africathe lift was not working and was on the 4th floor, moving up and down was tuff. the breakfast had food that tasted funny (e.g. scramble eggs were off and beef sausages tasted funny). they were no much options on the TV and the picture quality was bad.
the room had a refreshing sea views, the room was quiet, clean and had necessary furniture. the breakfast was nice but need improvement on providing fresh and testier food, the Wi-Fi strength was reasonable strong in the room

South AfricaFumigation at all times is necessary as Durban is a warm City and the bugs are a troubling factor. It would be good if the lift works for the elderly visitors. If the security can quieten visitors who are noisy.
I love the breakfasts.... bedrooms are comfy and staff is friendly. The seaside is a stone throw away:) and the restaurants are close by. I always enjoy being there... I enjoy the bar downstairs too!

Had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs as the lifts were not working , due to renovation That is rather inconvenient Breakfast should cater either Mutton or chicken for those who do not eat Pork or Beef. South AfricaThey should fumigate, saw 4 cochroaches and 2 small spiders. And unfortunately when I was booking I didn't check the parking, which they don't have to a safe parking in the building for their guests.
The breakfast was very nice, I enjoyed most ice cream. The location was perfect for everything, very close to the beach and most of restaurants.
