The Kitchenette is a bit useless as there is not microwave to warm leftovers nor did the oven work. It didn't have any utensils/ pots to use on the stove. Overall, the stove was very useless, and we had to get our food warmed at Back's staff room.

The Property is very beautiful. The walk from the Restaurant to the hotels is lovely. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient when you have your own transportation as it is out of town however, the estate is very quiet which we liked.

Finding the hotel reception at night was tough 😮‍💨 A microwave in the kitchen would’ve been very nice. The bathroom could be cleaner.

It’s new, so pretty, comfortable, felt safe. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating, thank you so much to them. The room was spacious and really cute just like the pics in the advert. The bed was so comfy and we loved the king size.

Some additions like toast and juice very expensive. Playing golf expensive. Not allowed to take none golfers with when playing golf. Lots of machines on the pathways, speed of these sometimes a safety risk. If door cards is not working at mantis then you have to go all the way back to the reception, especially at night with the family with you. Gate system not effective. Their are more effective apps or systems that will speed up the process when entering. Kitchen equipped with equipment that does not work.

Breakfast is good. People staying longer should have more options.

Limitations on breakfast included. Additions to breakfast very expensive, example to pay R12 for a piece of a slice of bread while it states per slice is ridiculous, remember SA people do not have the same money power than overseas people. R30 for a glass of juice or R48 for a small bottle of juice. Golf is very expensive. Golf equipment at the pro-shop is very expensive. Not allowed to take none players with you on the course to also enjoy the beauty of the course. Surely you can change the gate system for people that stay for longer than a day if you know the start and end day. Their are apps available that generate codes for access that can be used. The current system only creates frustration and delays at the gate. If access cards for the room fail to work one has to go back to reception, this does not guarantee that the card works the second time. Had to do this more than once, it is frustrating during the night or when it rains. Although rules are important and necessary to manage such a size facility, some of them are ridiculous and outdated.

Beautiful place. Excellent golf course. Facilities good. Hospitality in most cases was good.

The room didn't have a microwave. We were locked out of our room 305 before the 11am check-out time. There was constant water dripping from the roof down the downpipe as a result of the aircon units positioned on the roof. Non of the swimming pools were heated.

Nice location with plenty to do. The bed was neat and comfortable. The full bathroom was great.

The only thing we didn't like about staying at the hotel is that you have to sign in every time at the main security gate. You then get a code to exit but on more than one occasion the code didn't work on exit and then we had to sign in again to get a new code to exit. This could be solved with giving a tag or a same code for for your stay to avoid signing in every time.

The Rooms and facilities are top notch as well as the food at both the on site restaurants. The golf course looked amazing and challenging. Will need to return to play a few rounds.

If having dinner there later in the evening some of the staff failed to keep scanning the rooms (especially if one was sitting outside) and so this meant a longer wait for service than normal. On one evening, when sitting on the balcony, three members of staff "just forgot" us and we realised it would have been better for service to sit inside - not something we wished to do. Swimming pool entrance gate needs sorting with a better entry systemm say by using one's room key.

Breakfast is not a buffet, one just orders from the menu and a cup of coffee (your choice) is included, anything else is extra. Breakfast were ample and delicious.

Some of the clubhouse staff is really great. The management team that was on duty on Saturday night was unfriendly and had a funny vibe. Wait staff great. The carpet in our room had a stain and there was dirt around the area where the plug goes in the tub. I also noticed that there aren’t extra waters placed in the rooms at turn down anymore, neither the choccies which the kids usually love. I also noticed that there is no longer hand soap in the clubhouse bathrooms so it seems that there might be some budget cuts all round.

The facilities that are great is the pools for kids, course for adults. Lisa is incredible and such an asset to PVH. She always remembers us when we return and she is always welcoming and friendly. She definitely stands out in terms of customer service. In terms of the property, the pools are great, the property is well maintained and it’s very child friendly.

The only thing that could improve the experience would be if you could park your car a little nearer the room and not need a golf cart to move your luggage. That said would definitely return.

Breakfast was served in the club house or adjacent cafe if you chose not to eat in. All facilities within a short walk and the grounds were superb. Dinner available also in the Club House and adjacent cafe. A very secure complex and all staff very friendly and helpful.
